The condo was immaculate. Air conditioners easily cooled each room. Be aware, however, that you may hear them turning off and on in the bedrooms when trying to sleep the first couple of nights. Also, the bed in the middle bedroom creaked a little when rolling over. Again, we adjusted to this after the first night. The owner made it very easy to access the secured lobby and the lock on the condo door. Several email communications prior to our arrival were prompt and informative. When not out and about (we were in Fajardo for a wedding), we basically lived on the very large, very comfortable balcony. That was a major selling point for us when considering condos. Cocktail hour; snack-time; coffee in the morning. We loved it...morning and night! And the view of the ocean and nearby mountains was pleasing. Many good restaurants very close. Five minute drive to El Conquistador. Less than 30 minutes to the rain forest. The kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge was large, as were the washer and dryer. We visited the infinity pool twice and it was great! While it was very nice to be within a gated community, know that when you pull up for access through the gate, stop where the speaker is at the STOP sign and provide your name and condo number to the guard. We had a bit of a challenge with one of the guards who kept pointing to the speaker. We drove straight up the gate when we arrived the first night and a guard came out to greet us. He mentioned nothing about using the speaker. However, not everyone was as willing or ambitious as he was. There were two couples sharing the condo, and we were extremely pleased. The value was tremendous! We could not have been more pleased with the condo, the property and the location. We are now true fans of VRBO!

A relaxing and comfortable vacation home

We arrived at the PenaMar Ocean Club on the New Year's day. It's a nice gated condo community on a small hill by the sea. Our unit has a view of the ocean and the biggest pool of three. The elevator made moving in effortless. The unit is clean and nicely decorated with an ocean theme. It feels fresh with a touch of luxury. Two dinning tables sit nine of us comfortablely for the three meals a day. The kitchen is well equiped and we enjoyed cooking our favoriate meals. There is plenty of room for the kids to play in the living room. The balcony, with the view, the breezy, and the comfortable sofas, was the escape for the adults. The baskball court and the tennis court are just downstair from our building. It was a good place for the two and a half year old boy to burn energy. He also loved going in and out of the kid pool and jumping into the beautfil big pool. He fell in love with swimming here. He also wanted to try the smaller pool with a slide, but he was too young for that. We also enjoyed the shaded beach nearby, as we didn't not have to worry about sunburn so much under the trees. The three kids spent hours digging on the beach with toys provided by the owner. The washer and the dryer handled all the towels and clothing of 7 people diligently and quietly. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are neat. Sufficient number of towels were available, including beach towels. Overall, we had a very relaxing, quiet, yet fun week in this home away from home. We are thinking of coming back again next time we are in Puerto Rico.

Home, Sweet, Home

We have rented through VRBO many times and have stayed in some lovely places, but this is the first one that felt like a home. Everything you need, except food, is provided by the owners. The kitchen has every appliance required to fix a wonderful dinner or bake some treats. It was so nice to find coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels upon our arrival. There was even shampoo and conditioner in both of the bathrooms. All you really need to pack are your clothes. In the closet, we found chairs, coolers, boogie boards, books and games. There were even rain ponchos! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay stress free. In advance of our trip, we received pages of information for area attractions including a map and contact info. The owners were quick to respond to questions both prior to and during our trip. In addition to all of the above, the condo is beautiful and the views from the patio are amazing. The complex is quiet and has three pools, tennis courts, walking paths, gym and basketball court. Yes, there were tennis rackets, tennis balls and a basketball in the closet! The condo is convenient to major attractions like El Yunque, Culebra, Bio Bay and Luquillo Beach. We ate dinner out once, at the Blue Iguana, and it was good, reasonably priced food. We also grabbed lunch at the kiosks in Luquillo near the beaches. Good way to experience some local food. The highlight of our trip was taking surfing lessons through Bob's Rainforest Rentals. Our family had private lessons with two instructors for two hours and all of us were surfing within the first hour. Jeremy and Brad were excellent teachers with just the right amount of instruction and lots of encouragement. A close second was the catamaran trip to Culebra. It's a rough ride over to the island, but the snorkeling and Flamenco Beach were well worth the trip. We booked through East Island Excursions. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends and family. In fact, we hope to go back some day.

An adventure!

Our stay in this condo was fairly good. It is well stocked and has pretty much everything you would need. We appreciated the supplies they provide such as shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc. Having Wifi and A/C was nice. Its location was central to the excursions we had planned, which is why we chose this condo. The condition of the condo was fair. It was fairly clean, but seemed kind of worn and in need of some attention, compared to other VRBO properties we have stayed in, i.e., walls had several cracks in them and were dirty and scuffed. That seemed like the norm in Fajardo, however. The walls could use a coat of paint and the tile grout could use a good cleaning. It did not appear that the sheets had been laundered, though, so we had to do laundry upon our arrival. The beds did not have a complete sheet set on them either, only a fitted sheet and a thin comforter, no top sheet, and shams on the twin bed pillows, not pillow cases. We, too, had issues with regulating the water temperature in the master shower (as mentioned in another review). Felt like Goldilocks, too hot or too cold, but rarely just right. The security of the complex was good, having to enter through a secured gate, although one night upon returning from dinner, about 10:30, there was no one in the guardhouse to let us in. We kept pressing the buzzer, knocked on the guardhouse windows, then started honking to see if we could rouse someone. We called the condo owner’s cell phone but got no response. After about 20 minutes, a guard showed up (driving up in a car) and seemed extremely annoyed that we wanted in. There needs to be some sort of “backup plan” in place if that were to happen again. We spent most of our time out of the condo on excursions including the bioluminescent bay kayaking tour, mini boat snorkeling tour, 2 days on Culebra (highly recommended), a day in San Juan, El Yunque rain forest, Loquillo beach and kioskos, which, again, is why we chose to stay in Fajardo, but honestly, it is not the prettiest area of Puerto Rico. If the condo would undergo a few improvements, we could say it’s an excellent place to stay; as is, it’s adequate. It was an adventure!

I contacted my cleaning service maid and she told me that she washed the beddings every time including your stay of Dec 18-25. We repair our walls and clean our tile grout regularly—I guess that we can increase the frequency. I am sorry that you found missing bed pillow cover—this should not had happened. I thought a thin comforter fits tropical climate perfectly—well you may prefer to sleep in really cold room. You were right that several of our renters did not like the water heating system that was installed by the constructor and we are in the process of replacing it. I felt sorry that you were irritated by the long-waiting time (20 minutes) once at the entrance gate so that you had to press the buzzer, knock on the guardhouse windows, and honk your car—I was not sure if you had our correct phone number because I did not have the record that you called us. I sincerely wish you a Happy 2013! --XZs

Top Notch beautiful condo!

I cannot say enough kind words about this condo! The unit was tastefully decorated and very clean (important to us). You can tell that the owners truly care about their renters. They have thought of everything...no kidding! The condo is very well stocked. They even have beach towels, boogie boards, books to read, insulated bags to carry your cold drinks in. The balcony was awesome! Very comfortable seating (no cheap furniture). The location is perfect for visiting the wonderful sites that Puerto Rico has to offer. A day trip to Old San Juan, the rainforest, the Bio Bay. It's all possible from this location. The only con to this condo was it's tricky master shower. It was hard to get it regulated (too hot or too cold)...but, hey, it was worth it to stay here. And we did eventually get it figured out. We are very picky about our accomodations and were very, very happy here. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Place!

My family recently stayed at this property and we ALL loved it. We had one handicapped person in a wheelchair and 2 grandparents and 2 little kids and we alll thought it was fabulous. Easy to get around, clean, spectacular view, great pools, safe, comfortable, and a whole closet full of fun toys/games. Pictures don't do it justice.....it is even nicer than the pics show. We hope to come back some time.

Amazing getaway to Fajardo!

This condo was all that we hoped it would be and more. It was incredibly spacious and well maintained. The furnishings were great and the balcony was like a little piece of heaven. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything anyone could ever need while staying in the condo. There were multiple flat screen TV's, a great cable package and wi-fi. The airconditioners kept the condo cool and comfortable. This condo felt incredibly safe and the security getting in and out of the complex was pretty tight. There were three pools (we only actually walked to two of them). They also were really well maintained, one of them being the edgeless kind with a shallow "kiddie" type wading pool built right into the larger pool. The other had a water slide. Because most of the condo complex is occupied by owners it is very quiet and there was never anyone at the pool when we were there, so we had it all to ourselves. This condo is located within a few minute drive to the water but there is really nothing within walking distance so you definetly need to rent a car. We were within a few minute drive to the ferry to Culebra/Viages (hint - get there really early if you actually want to get on the boat - even if you've already bought a ticket) and less than 10 minutes to the bio bay where we did some amazing after dark kayaking of the bioluminescent bay (google it if you haven't seen it before - amazing!) We hit the Blue Iguana restaurant for some great Mexican Food (located in the Fajardo Inn) and the El Veradero Seaside Grill locatedin the Puerto Chico Marina. This restaurant had great local food and an amazing atmosphere for semi-outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful Marina. It was a little hard to find (since GPS is pretty worthless in Fajardo) but it was actually just down the road from the complex. We also buzzed back to San Juan one day for some shopping, which is close to an hour because of traffic. In the town of Fajardo, about 10 minutes from the Condo there is multiple chain businesses, Walmart, Kmart, McDonalds, etc. and then a more downtown type area that has more local fare. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at the condo over a hotel. The price was great for the size. It was relaxing and comfortable and very sad to leave. This is the only place we will ever stay on return trips to Puerto Rico. The owners were professional and helpful. They responded to all emails quickly! Thank you and we will be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 15th anyversary during this trip. After researching most of the hotels in Puerto Rico we found this place and absolutrely loved it. The pictures on the internet is exactly what you get, it's a beautiful place to stay. The owner is very professional, detailed and replies propmtly to any questions you may have. The condo is super clean, very well stocked and the location is great. Absolutely loved the balcony, the view to the left is the ocean and the view to the right is the mountains. We are already talking about returning for a family vaction next summer!

Beautiful condo with amzing views!

After a long ride from the airport,this condo was so refreshing. I think the property is beautiful and I was so suprised to see the different things that made it feel like home. The hallway closet was fully stocked with cards,games,tennis supplies,books,beach towels,first aid supplies, anything you may want or need!There is also shampoo,body wash,laundry detergent,dishsoap,dishwasher pods,etc. I loved having a washer and dryer (full sized front loaders!) and a dishwasher. The bed in the master bedrool was pretty confortable and having a TV there is nice for when you whant to settle down at night. The pool is so amazing and the perfect temperature.We used the gym and it was basic,nice and clean. Only one slightly negative thing that occured: There were bugs,possible german roaches.We probably saw four adults and maybe two smallers ones. And it was only in the kitchen but we still checked our luggage before we left. Not really a biggie,but maybe something to be mentioned. The other thing is more...advice. We endured 3 days of cold showers because we could not find the hot water tank until our very last day. We were assuming it would be a traditional,large tank,however it was a small electrical box in the main hallway closet(that happened to be blocked by a tennis racket at the time,which is why we didn't even notice it.lol.).Again,this wasn't a big deal to us. All in all,this place is pretty great!

Dear Xiaobei and Xiaoming, Our stay at your Pena Mar condo was excellent. It was a short stay but definitely very enjoyable. I had my doubts because the pictures and the price seemed too good to be true. However, I was amazed by the condition of the apartment. It was fully equipped, beautifully decorated and more important, it was very, very, very clean. Views of the mountains from one side and breathtaking views of the ocean from the other. Perfect for families with kids. The apartment complex has 3 pools with different designs. Very quiet and secure to walk around. It feels great when you come back from vacation and have nothing but great memories to share. Thank you for that feeling and the great hospitality. Cannot wait until my next visit to Puerto Rico. The condo was just like it looked in the pictures. It has great space, close to a lot of great beaches and restaurants. The only negative was that our names were not on the list when we arrived. It ended up not being a big deal but it disconcerting. If we decided to stay on this part of the island on the next trip, that would be the place we'd stay.

We have stayed at many different locations in Puerto Rico. This location was by far the best. I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone. Not only is the condo beautiful and well maintained, the secured condo community is also great. We went snorkeling on board spreed eagle, which is docked right across the street. We went ATV'ing in Hacienda Caraballi which was about 15 minutes(drive) away. Our favorite beach is Luquillo beach an dCarolina beach. We had a fantastic time . We deffinatley will be contacting Xiaoming for a stay next summer.

2012 Family Vacation to Puerto Rico

This condo met all of our expectations. The views are amazing. The condo was furnitured beautifully. The owner is very detailed in the booking process. They even sent us a list of near by restaurants, attactractions and information about weekend grocery store hours. During our stay the condo had provided extras such as: shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste. We had everything possible to enjoy the vacation. I wish we could have stayed longer.

First of all I want to apologize for taking so long to responsed,been very busy. Everything about the condo was great, just as advertised. A beautiful place! We enjoyed the kitchen,dining area and balcony probably the most. We would start the day with hot coffee,juice and a hot breakfast or cereal. Lots of eggs and we loved the Puerto Rican bread on the panini grill. My parents,my wife and I spent much time on the balcony in the late evenings. The big screen TV was super(we have the same one),we enjoyed the NBA finals. We all enjoyed the WiFi,the kids enjoyed the pool and played basketball every morning. Every Morning! We would stay out all day,many places to go,lots to see. We arrived Saturday evening, on Sunday we went to Guavate. The attraction...food,beer,and music! Later that evening we traveled to Bayamon and visited with friends. On Monday we were joined by my uncle who retired to PR 7 years ago,we went to the beach in Luquillo. We went to the beach three times during the week, Luquillo,Seven Seas, and Crash Boat in Aquadilla. The kids and I enjoyed Crash Boat the most, my wife and the others liked Luquillo the best. Went to El Yunque, El Morro and Plaza las Americas,enjoyed it all. Our only dissapointment was not being able to go to Culebras,we waited too late to get the ferry tickets. If traveling there on a Friday(thru the weekend)it's best to get your tickets early in the week. Mostly we ate lunch and dinner out all week, I believe we had dinner at the condo twice. Found Ralphs Food Wharehouse to be a good place to shop, the store is clean and the workers were helpful and friendly. Great Bakery! In Rio Grande you can find an Asian Buffet that offers many PR dishes as well. They have a sushi bar and grill,prices are reasonable and the service is good. Near Pena Mar Ocean Club there is a little restaurant called "Passion Por El Fogon" that offers excellent PR cuisine,reservations are recommended.It was a great week, had a lots of fun. Got up early and stayed out late, the kids wanted to be back by 8. One last shot at the basketball court or the pool! Good A/C and beds,make for a good night of rest and then do it all over again.

What can we add to all the other wonderful reviews? We really appreciated having the basic household papers, soaps, towels etc. supplied. We were not so fortunate at our previous rental. It's in a good location for visiting the east and se sides of PR; it's very handy to the rain forest, beaches etc. We were in PR for 4 weeks. We experienced much of the beautiful island and met many wonderful, friendly people. Bill

Beautiful Condo

We've stayed in many vacation rentals and this one by far is the most well maintained and furnished we've experienced. The appliances and housewares are top of the line and easy to use because all the instructions available. The landscaping, pools, tennis courts and fitness center are also well maintained. One of the reasons we decided to rent this condo is the view with great balcony furnishings and we weren't disappointed. It was very easy to check in and the owner responded to our emails in a timely manner before and during our stay.

Excelente apartamento (Excellent apt)

The apartment was perfect for a family getaway on the East side of the island. We really enjoyed our time. The apt is very comfortable and accessible. Everything we needed was provided by the owners; they were also very helpful throughout the whole process and available for any questions. We definitely will return in another occasion and recommend it to anybody who wants a family or friend reunion in a very nice place at a very affordable price.

Great Condo

December 2011 We chose this condo from all the positive reviews and pictures of the floor plan. Everything was as described , along with some extra surprises. It was so much better than being in a Hotel Room and less expensive. Can not say enough about how comfortable the beds and furniture were, how well equipped the condo was. The refrigerator was wonderful, we always had very cold refreshing drinks. We made good use of the coffee maker and other appliances , all the comforts of home. The condo is located in a gated community and central location. We thank Mr. Xioming for his quick response on our contacts with him. We highly recommend anyone renting this property. Many thanks to the Xioming family for allowing us to stay in such a wonderful condo . It certainly made us feel right at home. Loved the lighted Christmas Holly Berry Urn Bush, it was so pretty lit up at night. Check out Luquillo Beach restaurants , #2 La Parrilla , excellent food. South Carolina

Everything You Want and Need for a Fantastic Puerto Rican Get-Away

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the condo. There’s nothing like starting your day watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean, while sipping a hot cup of black coffee on the condo’s delightfully furnished third-story veranda. With the open floor-plan, comfortable furnishings, multiple tables, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, there was more than enough room for two adults and three teenagers to spread out, find their own space, and truly enjoy the time away from the demands of work and school. The in-house washer/dryer and dishwasher were a tremendous convenience. Also, the owner did a great job of stocking the condo with many of the essentials necessary for an enjoyable stay. The unit is just a short walk away from the tennis and basketball courts, the workout room, and two of the facility’s pools. The complex itself is a convenient five- to ten-minute drive from most of the area’s main attractions. The fact that the complex is gated and staffed with round-the-clock security provides a much-needed sense of safety and comfort. As an added bonus, the condo’s master bathroom is equipped with a functioning bidet, because we all know there’s nothing worse than vacationing with that not-so-fresh feeling. All things considered, our family gives this site a unanimous 10 out of 10 stars, and we strongly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation on the beautiful and diverse northeastern coast of the isle of Puerto Rico.

Never renting a hotel room again!

For even less money then renting a one bed hotel room, you can have 3 bedrooms, two baths, and three pools at your disposal! Xioming does an excellent job in providing absolutely everything you would ever need while at the apartment. There is so much attention to detail here, even providing a spacious crib for our four month old with extra sheets. I was worried when booking this vacation b/c we were traveling with a four month old but renting this apartment eased all worries. We had more then enough room to store all of his gear and we were able to get in and out of the apartment with ease. The location is excellent and less then a 10 minute drive to the beach 7 seas, or Las Croabas for various outdoor activities, and about 20-30 from El Yunque and the Kioskos in Luquillo. Pena Mar is more then secure and easy to access. There are so many places to eat nearby and a bakery less then 5 minutes from complex. All in all, a GREAT place to stay and we'll be sure to stay again when we return to Puerto Rico!

We fully enjoyed every moment of our recent 8-night stay at this condo. It’s beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The condo complex is new, quiet, and secured with 24-hr security guard. The owner is very responsive and quick at addressing any concerns we had. Location wise, grocery stores and a 24-hr Wal-Mart is just a few minutes away. It’s also close to the ferry dock, Bio Bay and other excursions. We loved the fish market around the corner for fresh catch of the day. We purchased freshly caught Yellowtails and made an amazing ceviche dish. We certainly highly recommend this condo to anyone considering visiting Puerto Rico and we are planning to return in the future!

This Condo is Wonderful! Comfortable with all the amentities. Anything you could possibly think of needing they have thought of it. Location is great, close to the ferry and excursions, but you still feeling as though your amongst the locals rather than a tourist district. We loved it and would recomment this place to anyone.

Rented this condo last week for our family of four. The condo was nicely furnished, very clean and amazingly well stocked. The owners put a lot of effort into thinking about what the renters might need. We loved the pools at the condo and found a lot to do in the area. Bio bay kayaking, zip lining, scuba diving, ferry to other islands. The directions the owner sent were great. The balcony had a nice view and was a good place for breakfast every morning. Highly recommended.

After reading many reviews on VRBO, we decided to book this Condo based on all of the favorable reviews. Here comes another one! The local contact, Xiaoming immediately contacted us after we sent our inquire and was most helpful in making all of the booking arrangements.When our Party arrived, the Condo was immaculate! The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for a leisure breakfast on the patio, watching the ferries depart for the nearby Islands. We were able to do laundry mid-week, which allowed us to travel more lightly and return home with clean clothes. A very complete binder on the counter had many reviews and recommendations on everything from restaurants to beaches to day trips.10 minutes from the Condo, we went to 7 Seas Beach where we spent many hours having fresh sea food and cocktails while playing with our 9 yr. Son. The Bioluminescent Bay Kayak Tour was a hit with everyone and was only 15 minutes from the Condo. We are already planing a return visit for next year and look forward to staying here again!

This vacation rental was fabulous! It was everything plus more than described! The owner was so kind and helpful. He provided so much information that made our stay very enjoyable. The condo is very well equipped so if you are planning to cook a few meals you will find a well supplied kitchen. Very nice appartment.

My wife and myself along with another couple also from Canada stayed in this Penamar Ocean club appartment after a transatlantic cruise for a week in early December. The appartment is great with a wonderful balcany to enjoy the warm evenings. I am 6'3 so the double bed was a little small for my wife and myself but we managed. The only other problem we had was with the internet conection but the owner came right over to correct it. The pools were great but a little cool. Very clean and had every thing you need to cook you meals.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just got back from our stay at Pena Mar and we're already making plans to go back. This trip was to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and our sons 10th. Words can't describe how much we enjoyed this trip. Xioaming and family have truly thought of everything in this condo. The rooms are the perfect size and the beds are very comfortable. Ice cold A/C in every room and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The view from the balcony is amazing. So nice to have coffee and watch the sunrise everyday. The pools are fabulous and the gym has everthing you would need to keep up with your routine. There's even a walking/jogging trail around the complex. Wow! Everthing is within a short driving distance. Make sure to visit El Yunque for a hike and swim in La Mina Falls. Great dining close by( La Estacion, Metropol, Tasca Olelolai, Oceanview or Costa Mia for lunch) all filling and reasonable in price. If you visit Olde San Juan you must have lunch at Manolin on Calle San Justo. A local favorite that was so good we went back twice. There just isn't enough room here to describe how wonderful Puerto Rico is, and to stay at this spectacular resort style condo, was icing on the cake. Xiaoming goes out of his way to make sure you want to return. Is tommorow too soon?

me and my family rented the condo for 16 days. i have been to Puerto Rico every year and have never stayed in any condo that was this amazing. the owner was great at communicating back and forth with very prompt response when any issue with condo arises. i absolutely appreciate everything. the condo has everything you need and then some, even groceries. i recommend this condo to everyone. i also suggest to anyone that is staying at the condo to as a courtesy to the owner to close the balcony metal shields when its raining so we don't ruin any of the beautiful furniture.

We expent like 7 days in this espectacular apartment and enjoy alot! we went to the rain forest, beach, liquillo beach! every where! this espectacular apartment have the access to go every where in short amount of time ! and dont forget the 3 pool that the buliding have and the gym and the tennis and basketball court- LOL IS FABULOUS!!! WE LOVED.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

The BEST place to stay in Fajardo

This condo was fantastic! It had all the ammenities you would need (plus more)! And it is within short driving distance from pretty much everything in Fajardo. We ate across the street at Laola several times--it is this charming, open-air waterfront restaurant--really good food. And Seven Seas Beach is just down the street, as well as the Marina to the Bioluminescent Bay and the nature preserve. There is so much to do in a really short distance from the condo. San Juan was about an hour away, and is an easy drive. The condo is gated--so you always feel secure. The pools are GREAT and the views are great too. It was so nice to wake up every morning and have my coffee on the spacious balcony with the view of the ocean and the small islands off the coast. We were at the condo during Hurricane Earl, and even though the weather was bad we felt totally safe in this place. I would definitely recommend Xiaoming's place to anyone who visits Puerto Rico. You need to be aware that most of P.R. is Spanish speaking--and even the highway and street signs are in Spanish. So you need to brush up on your Spanish before heading over there. Have fun and I recommend booking tours through Paradise Seekers (787-209-2127)--we used them and got a private tour guide for 3 days at a VERY inexpensive price!! We got to see places on Puerto Rico that the average tourist would never find--it was incredible!

My family of six stayed at Xiaoming's Penamar condo for a week. We were vacationing from New Jersey. The condo was equipped and furnished as if we had done it ourselves. The condo had every comfort of home and the facilities at Penamar were wonderful. Thanks, Xiaoming. I hope to visit Puerto Rico and stay at your place again some day.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous, fully equipped and tremendous oceanview. The balcony was our favorite place. It was a great place to bring your family and I highly recommend this condo to anyone. The owner is very responsive and gives us all the info the we need to have an enjoyable stay. When we return to P.R. we definately plan on staying here again. I would love to thank the Zou family for providing such a wonderful vacation home for travelers. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, fully equipped and it has a tremendous oceanview. My family & I felt like we were at home my 5 year old daughter loved her bedroom & the 3 pools at the complex were very well maintained. We will definitely rent again & recommend this apartment to other families & single travelers. If you rent this apartment you will not regret it!!!!

I would just like to say, the owner of this property was so helpful to us when we visited PR a month ago. He answered all our questions during our trip and provided extensive amount of traveling information before and during the trip. The property has a breath taking view of the ocean and mountain. The balcony was our favorite place to chill at night after a long day of touring around san juan. I just loved the local scenery and bio-bay is just minutes away from the condo. BEST place and service!

The resort, the furniture, the appliances, everything was new. The condo has a fantastic view of the harbor and offshore islands. You can see the rain forest too. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were very clean. You are near great beaches and snorkeling and hiking in the rain forest. The owner is very responsive and gives you all the info you need to have an enjoyable stay. When we return to PR we definately plan on staying here again.

We just returned from a great vacation in Fajardo, PR. The condo was fabulous. It has 3 nice bedrooms with excellent furnishings. There is a nice kitchen which is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. The balcony is wonderful and there is a really nice breeze through the apartment. The condo is on the grounds of a small gated community with three pools. My son loved the water slide in one of the pools. There are beautiful beaches close by and a convenient super market. It was a great place to bring your family and I highly recommend this condo to anyone. The only weird quirk is that you need to press a button to get hot water in the shower but once you get the hang of it, the shower works great.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
