MAKE THIS VACATION ONE YOU WILL NEVER FORGET!!! Spend it in style and comfort in this spacious, Summerhouse "B" Building (closest to the water), three-bedroom, two-bath condominium. This lovingly cared-for beach home is newly decorated to give you a relaxing beach vacation.
The living room features comfy over-stuffed furniture, queen-sized sleeper sofa, large screened TV, an entertainment center with DVD player and stereo. The roomy balcony has plenty of furniture so you can relax, read a book, or enjoy evening dining while overlooking the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. We have the most awesome sunsets around.
At night, snuggle between the sheets and hear the surf from the master suite featuring sliding glass door to the balcony, king-sized bed, TV, and private bath. Secondary bedrooms have queen-size bed and 2 doubles, each has own TV and easy access to shared bath. Meal preparation is a cinch in this well-designed, fully stocked, island kitchen. Plus, full-size washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all your household linens.

We chose our vacation rental in this location because it is beachfront with a large balcony and spectacular views. We know our guests will love sitting on the oversize balcony while enjoying the roar of the surf and the cool breeze. Bring your favorite book or sketch pad...you won't want to miss a single moment of the great views and the solitude only the sounds of the surf can provide. We love the beautiful Alabama shores and enjoy every moment we can spend here with our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the relaxation that only being on the beach and water can afford. The pools are a nice alternative to the beach, but there is nothing like putting your toes in the sand and enjoying long walks on the beach. We enjoy watching the dolphins play in the water from our very own balcony. There are numerous sea birds and sand critters to see and enjoy. If you like shelling, you will definitely find treasures on our lovely beach. And, if you like interacting with others like yourselves, there is plenty of opportunity to do so...there are even special activities and club-like activities for our "snowbirds".

our summer house condo was beautiful, it felt like we were home, very comfortable. the owner Rose Marie is so sweet, was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful we will try to stay again next year.

The most wonderful experience ever!! Everything so nice, clean, spacious and the view was terrific!! Everything is nearby so not a lot of driving. Totally convenient. Will definitely stay again!
