Tower Shores, Bethany Beach, Delaware is a private beach community situated approximately 2 miles north of the town of Bethany. Our house is on the beach street, three houses to the sand and ocean and is adjacent to two miles of national sea shore. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 and one half baths AC, W/D, and two decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors facing the street. The house is comfortably furnished. Each floor has a television, one with a DVD and one with a VCR. The house sleeps ten. There is a hot/cold outside shower and parking for two cars, possibly three(size).
Our unit is a newly re-decorated three-story townhouse, the inside unit that is closest to be beach in the accompanying picture. The beach itself is just beyond the building at the end of the street. There is a hot/cold water outside shower and parking for two/three cars.
The entry-level floor has a large room with a trundle; a double futon (not counted as a bed); a sitting area with TV; a refrigerator; a sink and counter area with coffee pot; and, a half-bath. In the picture, the sitting area is to the left of the futon looking toward the back. The room has both separate outside access and access to the rest of the unit.
The main living area is on the second floor, which has an open deck; a living room; dining room; kitchen; a den that also serves as a bedroom, and a full bath. The bedroom/den has all new furnishings, which include the new couch and new end tables and cocktail table. The room is private for night time sleep and can be used during the day. The portion of the living room pictured has an approximate mirror image, which an identical second couch and a TV/VCR.
The third floor has a second deck that opens from the master bedroom that has two joined twin beds. The master bedroom is not shown but a picture of the bay, as seen from the deck, is shown. The third floor bedroom that is shown was fashioned on joining two smaller bedrooms and enclosing a deck as a sitting area. There is a TV/DVD in the sitting area. This room has two trundles and a day bed (the day bed is not counted as a bed). There is a full bath with tub on this floor.
