Enjoy this one-bedroom condo at the historic Ocotillo Lodge near downtown Palm Springs, California. The unit was recently renovated as we replaced the floors and painted the unit. The bedroom has a new Cal King bed and the living room has a pull-out couch. (Maximum occupancy 3 people.)
Our condo is fully equipped with one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room with patio area. The condo on the second floor and just steps away from your vehicle and the pool. (There is no elevator.) The phone system allows for unlimited calls to anywhere in the U.S.A. and Canada.
The famous Ocotillo Lodge (a Gene Autry Development), home of the stars, has an incredible history of famous guests with their own bungalows and suites! Re-live the days of old Hollywood and see where the Rat Pack hung out. Work out in the fitness room overlooking the enormous Champagne cork shaped pool. The Ocotillo is only minutes from restaurants, casinos, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs. Just off the pool is a cabana with an outside patio bar & grilling facilities. The Ocotillo also features a full gymnasium & recreation room with pool tables, game/card tables & shuffle board.
CLEANING FEE REQUIRED $75 per stay Stays 28 nights or less require 11.5% Palm Springs tax (TOT)
PAYMENT: Personal check, Visa or Mastercard through Paypal + 3% surcharge. Payment in full to arrive at owner 5 weeks before stay.
CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee of $75 USD is added to all rentals. Extra days of cleaning can be arranged directly with our rental manager in destination for $75 per time.
DEPOSIT: A $300 USD deposit is required at time of reservation. The deposit is to hold the unit and is non-refundable in the event you have to cancel. The deposit will be refunded after your stay providing there is no damage.
