Our beautiful, low floor, corner unit, newly renovated & redecorated Catalina 3 BR/3BA condo will warmly invite you to kick your shoes off and enjoy to the fullest your vacation on Alabama's sugar white beaches! Our condo offers new paint, tile, vinyl plank flooring & furniture and furnishings throughout -- Brand new kitchen (cabinets, granite, ss appliances). Decorated with a cottage feel, we know you'll feel at home while enjoying our "home away from home"! Catalina 310 is a 3rd floor corner unit with both the living area and master bedroom opening to a wide, tiled balcony also furnished with new deck furniture! From our deck you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico plus the lush, tropical landscaping, palm trees, and boardwalks leading through the sand dunes and sea oats to the sugar white beaches of Alabama's Gulf of Mexico!
We are located in a gated, resort "village" style setting, about 11 miles/15 minutes from the crowded, tourist area of Gulf Shores. Previous renters often comment that they'll "never stay anywhere else" after spending their vacation with us at the Beach Club. While The Beach Club does have the well deserved distinction of being an "upscale" resort, you should know that it more importantly has that warm, inviting "family" feel, bathed in southern hospitality!
Once on the property, you can stay on the property...no need to drive back into Gulf Shores unless you choose to. The resort includes, a cozy Village Mercantile/Market where you can sip on an incredible hand spun milkshake at the soda fountain while surfing the net as well as a village market where you can buy groceries or enjoy a delicious southern breakfast or lunch (or order pizza to go).
The Beach Club also has a 25,000 sq ft Club House which offers a indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, a state of the art fitness room, sauna and steam rooms, a European Spa, 2 restaurants overlooking the gulf and a video/play room for the kids and gift shop! If you need a break from the beach or a little exercise, outdoors we have tennis courts, basketball courts, kids park/play area and 5 outdoor pools and hot tubs (one at each tower). With miles of un-crowded beaches for your pleasure, you can find a quiet place to "set up camp" on the beach; and with your beach chair, towel, book and cooler (or your fishing rod and bait) you can enjoy a little piece of Heaven on earth!
Without going back into Gulf Shores, just minutes away: Restaurants: Tacky Jack's (seafood, burgers, salads & Mexican) located on the bay, Tequilla's (Mexican) and located on the golf course properties (Kiva Dune's - next door & Penninsula Golf Course - just 5 minutes away); Fort Morgan Historic Site & Mobile Bay (great place to fish and go "crabbing" from the pier) Ferry to Dauphin Island; and boat launching for absolutely great inshore fishing!

Why the Owner Chose Beach ClubAfter discovering The Beach Club, we decided that we'd make this one, Catalina 310, our "home away from home"! Our family had always enjoyed the simple pleasures of Gulf Shores; it's unspoiled beauty, un-crowded beaches, family-like atmosphere, activities and restaurants - but as it's popularity grew - so did the crowds and traffic! We needed to be able to get away from the traffic and crowds of people in order to continue enjoy these simple pleasures. It's the warmth and comfort of our condo, the location of the property and it's amenities, spaciousness & beauty of the beach that give us that always needed "get away from it all" experience that we need! We know how much time spent with family and friends means; it is our prayer that time spent at our condo will be a blessing to you as it has to us!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo"getting away from it all" - while still "having it all" is the experience you can have at our place! you can walk down the beach and be all alone - even on the 4th of July! you can walk, run, play or fish on an un-crowded beach or be a part of a group around the pool or in the rented beach chairs! you can experience extraordinary golfing - across the street, fishing and wonderful dining are within minutes; shopping & family entertainment within a 15/20 minute drive...or leave your car parked for the duration of your stay and still have the vacation of your dreams.

great seafood,gumbo, salad bar & peanut butter pie! be ready for a wait unless you go early!

We are native Alabamaians, living in Birmingham; though we lived in Lexington, Kentucky for 7 years (Go Big Blue!) and absolutely loved it - it's just wayyy to far from the beach; and in Nashville, Tennessee for 2 years. We have considered Gulf Shores our "home away from home" for many years. Over the years, we have been blessed to have owned several condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but our absolute favorite place is this one at the Beach Club! Our memories of endless hours of uninterrupted time spent -- talking, laughing, riding the waves, feeding the seagulls, boat and wave runner rides, watching the sunrise while on adventures of "catching the big one", watching our "little" boy, now 16, grow up down here - priceless!

Great condo. Super clean. Lots of space. Great decor. Has an amazing balcony with a tall pub style table which was perfect for enjoying our coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night while we watched the sunset. Would definitely stay there again. The pool was great and the beach was beautiful. All we had to do was walk about 30 yards to the right and we had the entire beach to ourselves. There is a very nice bar and full service restaurant on the property so no need to drive into town for anything. We really enjoyed our stay during Spring Break 2010.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
