Palm Desert draws you for golfing, tennis, shopping, and dining. Stay in this lovely, single level, two master bedroom, two-bath condominium ideal for two couples or the small family. With recent interior remodeling, this mid-century architecture provides plenty of room with over 1300 square feet of luxury living. A private park-like greenbelt surrounds the quiet pool area. Dinner and shopping are just a short walking distance away.
Ideally located one-half block off El Paseo and Saks Fifth Avenue, you can sit in the spacious private patio and listen to the evening concerts at the Gardens Shopping Center. Use the two bicycles to explore the great desert area, or a short ride to the popular Palm Desert Street Fair.
Both bedrooms have new, first-rate mattresses with a king size in one bedroom and queen in the other. Elegantly decorated, the bedrooms have luxurious new carpets, and terra-cotta-style tile in the rest of the house. One bedroom equips a bathtub next to a private atrium and a separate shower stall. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Other amenities include a 1950s, in-house, working, intercom system. There are over 100 VCR movies in the library and a book and CD supply to keep anyone entertained. We also supply two pool floats and a plethora of games and equipment such as bocce ball, badminton, and croquet.
The kitchen is supplied with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, mixer, garbage disposal, microwave oven, electric cook stove, and oven. There is service for eight with plenty of glasses and stemware for any style drink. The dining room table seats four comfortably and six without too much trouble.
The patio has two umbrella tables, which accommodates eight people (one bistro style) and lounge chairs for two. There is even a seated hammock for reading in the shade.
Located on the corner of Shadow Mountain and San Luis Rey, this condominium complex has ten privately-owned units, which makes it a haven away from home.
Other activities nearby include a casino just on the other side of town and a fabulous outlet mall a short minute drive.
