I have been renting houses on LBI for several years with my best friend and her growing family. We have stayed at assorted places which we took from the ad descriptions and photos only. This house was all we had expected and more. It was comfortable, convenient, and the owner took obvious pride in the house... In every detail. He was in the background more then we knew making sure things worked, that the right materials were used in repairs and that we were happy. It is convenient to the beach, to food and entertainment. All in all, from the adults, to the children of all ages and my two small dogs... were happy as clams for two short weeks.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our second year staying in this property. We spent a great deal of time on the back deck and backyard which is one of the few grassy properties around...making it ideal for the grandchildren to play in. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in, and the living area ideal for our family gatherings in the evening. The house was clean and well-maintained and we plan to return again next year. Being within walking distance to the beach, the bay, and many eateries and things to do makes it ideal. The upstairs was a bit hot because we were there during the heat wave, but two of the bedrooms are air conditioned. I highly recommend this house to families with children.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hello, Wally! I just wanted to thank you for an amazing week in LBI. Your home was perfect for our family. We mostly enjoyed the grassy backyard and deck...we ate out there every night. We also enjoyed talking to some of your neighbors. Absolutely lovely! Your home is so charming, and there were so many things that reminded me of when I was a little girl. It is not wonder you did not want to give it up. We really would love to have a home like yours of our own to enjoy year round with family. Maybe some day. Thank you, again. We would definitely rent from you again. Thank you for the prayers for the great weather. You obviously have a lot of pull since the weather could not have been better. Enjoy the rest of summer. About the owner: I spent every summer in this house as a child. I went fishing, crabbing and clamming with my father and grandfather. My parents lived in this house from 1981-2005. When their decision was to move to Florida, I purchased it from them so I can keep it in the family. Now I'm sharing my home with you.

This quaint shore home has been completely renovated. Pergo and tile floors downstairs and new carpet upstairs. New windows, doors, siding and a new fiberglass deck off the master bedroom. Fresh paint and meticulously maintained for your comfort. The house is air conditioned but you hardly ever need to turn it on. Just open the windows and the cool ocean breezes keep the house comfortable all summer. Have your morning cup of coffee on the private deck off the master suite. A short walk to the bay or ocean. An outside shower so you can wash off when you return from the beach. Privately landscaped back yard. New stainless steel grill with spare propane tanks. On and off street parking. Very close to causeway bridge. A short drive to the mainland for shopping. If you're unable to break away from your job, this home is equipped with wireless internet. You'll have a wonderful time!!
