Stop looking at any other property! Our getaway is a beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condominium. We are convinced we have the best view in Rincon or Puerto Rico for that matter. Right outside our back door is a breathtaking view of a deep valley, the Rincon Lighthouse, Island Desecheo off in the distance and the historical Dome. Killer, unobstructed sunset views set near the island out to sea on a regular basis. The only reason we are priced so low is because we are not looking to get rich on our property. We would rather share our little home than have it sit unappreciated. It is certainly worth more than we are asking for.
Just 25 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport, we are conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, bars and fun attractions that make Rincon special. Winding paths lead from our back door out to the ocean. Its nice to walk to the surf and grab some grub from the bakery on the way home. We are in a quiet neighborhood where you can get some sleep without dogs or roosters going off first thing in the morning.
Feel free to use the grill and full kitchen. There is a pool right outside the back door next to the grill. You can keep an eye on the kiddies swimming while you cook up some dinner.
With all there is to do in Rincon it's impossible not to have a good time. If you've never been here you should check it out. I guarantee you will come back to our home again and again. If you have been to Rincon before you obviously weren't satisfied with your previous accommodations and will be more than pleased with ours.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was great! It was in a great location in a residential area so it felt like we were living in our own condo for the week. The place was very nice and well kept, quiet, nice clean pool, and an AMAZING view! There was a nice path down to the beach and lighthouse and there were a variety of beaches in almost every direction within 5 minutes or less of a drive. Ty was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations as well as some activites. Be sure to go to The Lazy Parrot for a fancy meal out. It was delicious! We drove from the San Juan airport and he gave us great directions. There is a cute bakery (Puntas bakery) about a five minute walk up the hill from the condo with breakfast and lunch and some delicious baked goods and coffee. They also sell a good assortment of beer and alcohol which was convenient. Snorkeling off the shore at Steps beach was only a 5-10 minute drive away. There was horseback riding, yoga, surfing, and massage all in the area too. Sushi, tapas, and Thai restaurants all in the area and they were all really good. Grocery and liquor stores only a 10 minute drive away. The condo had a grill and full kitchen with everything you would need. Nice balcony and the grounds were well kept with lots of pretty vegetation. We definitely plan to go back and stay here again and I would highly recommend this place for those looking to relax and get away from the busy city life, but still have an adventure. Thanks Ty, for giving us a great place to stay and being helpful with all of my questions!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My name is Ty Roman. I am 27 and the son of the official owners who have put me in charge of their place. I grew up in New York and did a bit of traveling out of college. I lived in Rincon for 2 years during my travels and fell in love. My folks would visit me and soon thereafter they fell in love. We found this affordable condo with literally one of the best views I've ever seen and went for it. My brother and I currently live in Rincon and hands on manage the place. It will be nice to know while you're down there if you need anything or have any local questions you won't feel stranded.
