A WEEK IN PARADISE Sunday, April 14, 2013 on Jade East Towers 1950 5 of 5 stars What a terrific time we had! A beautiful condo with everything you could want,a nicely equipped kitchen, wonderfully comfortable bedrooms each with their own television...and the TV in the living room...Wow! A sugar white beach right outside our door, dolphins passing by every day, wonderful beach service. On the days when it was too cold to be on the beach, the pool was nicely heated so my daughter could swim. A fantastic fruit basket waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine...what a nice touch! We also got to meet Sylvia and her husband...such gracious hosts! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven...we will be back!

This unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, magnificent views, huge balcony, and nice amenities. I stayed here with two of my co-workers on our annual girls trip; everyone agreed this penthouse suite was over the top. Each morning as we sipped mimosa's on the balcony, dolphins and stingrays could be seen in the crystal clear water below. The owner, Silvia, is a very gracious host and left a lovely wine, cheese, and fruit basket for our enjoyment. The only thing I would do differently next time is stay a full week instead of only 4 days. All of us agreed that this is a property we would recommend to friends and relatives.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

What a super family the owners of this condo are! The description of the condo was dead on. We spent ten days in this condo to celebrate our anniversary,both of our birthdays, my husbands 2nd sobriety birthday, and my retirement from the Army after 26yrs. Silvia was so graciously attentive before we arrived and upon our arrival. She called to check to see if we needed anything and was available when we had questions for her. She also brought us a lovely basket full of fruit, cheese and wine. The place had e everything you could possibly need and then some. It was impeccably clean. You can definately tell the owners take great pride in their condo. We will definitely be returning to this little piece of heaven on earth.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time in Destin! This condo is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, immaculate, and has everything you could need. The kitchen is well equipped, and the overall condo is spacious, our family of 7 was very comfortable. The two best things about staying here were the fantastic view from the living area and master and Sylvia. She was very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. We look forward to another stay!

Thanks for the special memories: Stepping out onto the spacious balcony on a bright sunny morning and watching the white lace of surf ride gently over the crystal green waves . . . awakening to the quiet glow of sunlight emanating through the master bedroom windows . . . eating a balcony lunch while far below you people stroll along the beige beach sand . . . sinking comfortably into the soft sofa cushions while watching the jumbo television . . . savoring the juicy richness of newly grilled steaks . . . enjoying the relaxed comfort from the glorious solitude of the nineteenth floor . . . immersing oneself in the warm waters of the outdoor pool as tropical zephyrs invoke the gentle sway of palm leaves . . . enjoying the convenience of a well-stocked kitchen and the oft-used pure water dispenser . . . on the beach a turtle stands sentinel for the sea, at night the moon becomes a silver blur in the water flooding the sand, sea birds on spindly legs peck peck along the borders of foam, seagulls steal a bread morsel from your outstretched hand, your feet lightly sink into the warm sand, a brilliant white sugar as you pick up a handful and let it gently flow back to its home, pelicans dive for fish like olympic athletes; finally, you rest, sit before the majesty of the surf, feeling a relaxation as deep as the distant water itself . . .

My wife and I have been experiencing condo/timeshares for the last twenty five years from Hawaii to New York. This is an overall best! The owners were very welcoming, and professional. And the place!…oh this place! Words are not enough. It is most spacious, highly decorated and up to date. Each morning when my wife and I would rise, we just couldn’t believe we were in such a place. We both are hopeless romantics. And this is just the place for our kind. Imagine yourself on the huge balcony with your sweetheart overlooking the beautiful gulf from the 19th floor penthouse, possibly tasting that wine from a bottle you have been saving for just the right occasion and ambiance, observing some of the most incredible artistic sunsets you’ve ever seen.

Owner response: You cannot imagine how blessed we feel to have guests like you. Your genuine experience and the way you describe it is so vivid...so romantic. undoubtedly, many other potential guests will identify with you and your wife. Our guests satifaction is our ultimate goal. It is so rewarding to hear from a happy couple like you. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic Thursday, January 19, 2012 on Jade East Towers 1950 This was by far the nicest beach condo we've seen to date, and we've spent a lot of time on the beaches. It is very tastefully decorated, and well kept. Staying here will very likely become an annual trip for our family.

Fantastic place the view is breathtaking Thursday, January 12, 2012 on Jade East Towers 1950 Sylvia was an excellent host. We thought the condo was very nice and homie. We stayed with our two daughters and their husbands. You had lots of privacy the way it is setup. We all were very satisfied with our stay. The only problem was it came to and end and we had to go back to reality. It truly is a beautiful view of all God's wonderful creation. I would recommend it to anyone and I plan on going back again.

Reviewed on Thursday, August 25, 2011 We love the place. We have stayed there two years in a row. The house was very clean and high end. I recommend keeping spices and some other non perishables in the house & a first aid kit.

I can not possibly say enough positive things about your beautiful inviting home. We had a great time and look forward to many years of return vacations in your unit. You went out of your way to make everything so warm and welcoming..thank you so much for the basket of goodies, we all enjoyed it very much. The decor of the unit is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! Thank you again for opening up your home and allowing others to enjoy a piece of heaven...

Our family just want you to know how much we enjoyed your beautiful condo. It was the best place we ever stayed. My children are in college and their first words was you did good mom. The place is nicely furnished and has plenty of room. The balcony was great since is was large and we could all be out there at once. The owners went the extra mile even helped me find a place to rent a pontoon boat. Jade East keeps the grounds looking great and everyone from Newman Dailey was great to work with. This condo is in the middle of everything and close to the grocery store.Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful place with our family. You are the best.

Large and beautiful. Reviewed on Saturday, April 02, 2011 The condo has a really large central living area with the most fabulous views through walls of sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has the same views and the balcony is huge, wrapping around the top floor condo from living area to master bedroom.

Million Dollar View!

We just returned from our first stay at this luxurious penthouse. It will not be our last. Of the 15+ years we have been visiting Destin, this is the best unit we have ever stayed in. Not only is it incredibly roomy and open, but the views of the beach and the East Pass are unbelievable. Every evening we watched the WWII planes fly over the harbor (a Destin tradition) during a glorious sunset. Each morning, we watched as the fishing boats left through the East Pass on their way to search for the day's catch. We actually spent more time on the balcony than we did on the beach! The owners were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommmend this unit to anyone wanting to take their Destin vacation to the next level.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

One of the Most best place we have ever stayed in Destin Reviewed on Friday, March 26, 2010 Not a negative word to say...Staff was great, polite, and very accomodating in our needs...Would definetly stay at Jades East again in the near future...Property very well maintained, clean , and is located near just about everything you would need..The only thing I might recommend would be a larger washer and Dryer!!! With 7 girls hard to keep things washed and dry in a timely manner...Thanks Again for A WONDERFUL stay:)

Relaxing Retreat Reviewed on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 Our family rents a condo in Destin every year at the beginning of summer break from school. This was by far our favorite for the price. Other properties offer penthouse condos at much higher prices, but not necessarily better accomodations. This unit is very nice, in a good location and the walk to the beach is just out the back door.
