Our newly redecorated and updated condo is approximately 900 square feet and offers a master open-air bedroom in the loft area with a private bathroom, featuring a queen sized bed. There is also a queen-sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bath downstairs with an over-sized shower.
The unit is located in the heart of Pagosa Lakes (same area as Wyndham Resort); it is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, day spas, video rentals, local breweries and a grocery store. And, just 3 miles from the Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa Springs.
Pagosa Springs is a magical place to visit any time of year. In the spring, summer and fall, choose from rafting, kayaking, hiking, fishing and hot air ballooning just to name a few. The Hot Springs are open year round. In the winter months, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice-skating, ice-fishing and cross-country skiing to enjoy. You can take a short 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort or if you prefer, you can walk to the shuttle bus, offered by Wilderness Journeys, for about $27 per person, round-trip (contact them for update info and reservations). The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is located nearby and offers basketball, racquetball, cardiovascular and weight machines, free weights and an indoor pool and hot tub. As a guest of our unit, we can offer you discounted passes of $7 per person per day, to enjoy the facility.
The unit is completely furnished with everything you need including sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and plush robes. The kitchen features a brand new stainless steel fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and wine fridge. It also offers a coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker and more! Whether you want to bake or cook, you will find every type of dish, pan, gadget or utensil to do so. Please note the unit does not have A/C.
The unit has an upscale cozy cabin feeling, with a brand new furniture including a comfy sleeper sofa, chair and ottoman, electric fireplace, slate and wood tables, beetle-kill pine counter tops and a rustic style dining table that seats four. Even the pottery dinnerware adds to the outdoor theme. Everywhere you turn you will see the little touches that make this place a true home away from home.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, there is an LCD TV in living room with a DVD/VHS player and DiSH Network with DVR service and a well stocked library of movies to enjoy. There is also an assortment of games, magazines and books for your entertainment as well as a new stereo system with AM/FM, CD and iPod docking station.
We offer complimentary long distance service and DSL and WIFI access so you can keep in touch with your friends, family and the office too. You will find everything you need at your finger tips, including an iron and board, hairdryer, flashlights, candles, snow shovels and ice scrapers to name a few. There are even towels for you to use while at the Hot Springs and a sled for the kids to use at the local sledding hill.
The unit was redone in December 2009, including; carpet, appliances, furniture, linens, dishes and cookware to name a few. We believe that we have thought of everything that you may want or need to make this the best trip ever, so, please stay with us and let us know if we exceed your expectations!
We also own a larger unit that sleeps 8 in the same building, so if you have a larger group, be sure to check out listing on vrbo #220168, which sleeps 8, or rent both and sleep a total of 12! Or if you wish to stay in the one-bedroom and it is sold, out, give us a call or send an email, if our larger unit is available, we will offer you a discounted rate on it, so you can keep your original travel plans.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The condo had a very homey feel. It was very clean. Everything was top notch! It had everything we needed for our stay. The area had great places to eat, a wonderful grocery store and lots of other businesses. I would recommend this condo for your family vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We fell in love with the Pagosa area the first time we visited. We knew for sure we wanted to have a vacation condo here and this year, we added our second condo and we love them both! Everyone in the town is so friendly and laid back. The town offers fantastic dining from casual to upscale and we LOVE the Pagosa Brewery, Kip's Grill, Dogwood Cafe and Eddie's Uptown! There is so much to see and do from skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking, etc.
