This two bedroom, two bath house is a step away from the lake - has full access to a beach and dock. Keep your boat here or just enjoy sitting out on the dock. The house is a guest house on a larger property and suitable for four people (two queen bedrooms) and three overnight guests with a sleeper sofa and twin bed in loft. You have adequate parking, use of kayaks and water toys. The location is close to Saratoga Springs near exit 14 and about 5 minutes from the track and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Renting is available from August 5 through Labor Day. Winter rental from mid-Sept through the end of June, 2013.

Why the Owner Chose Saratoga SpringsThis is our guest home and therefore the furniture in this house are of a good quality - higher than most vacation rentals. We search for tenants that will honor our home and have established many repeat renters.
The Unique Benefits at this HouseThis unit sits in back of our main house (it is the guest house) and has good views of the lake. Guests share the beach and dock with the front tenants and we've never had a problem with this. Every tenant we've had in this house loves it. The neighborhood is quiet and only has 19 homes and cottages. Unlike other places on the Lake we have privacy and direct, flat access to the lake.
Enjoy concerts, ballet and orchestra; enjoy running trails and relax at the Roosevelt Baths.

Michael and I have lived on Saratoga Lake for 10 years and have expanded our rental season from only the track season to June, July and August. We love to share our homes with renters and often get to know them and take them for a boat ride. We live in a cabin across the road and help with parking, docking boats and whatever the tenants need. Michael and I have two grown children and 2 grandchildren.

This is a beautiful house with great lake views. Close to both the race track and the great Saratoga nightlife. I would recomment this house to both families and couples.

Place was clean, convenient, fully equipped and a short walk to the lake. Having two baths was good.Owners were cordial and tried to accommodate. Boat dock on lake, owner offered boat ride on their boat but time didn't permit.Great golf is very close (Saratoga National) and downtown Saratoga and the racetrack are a few minutes away.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
