Come vacation in our beautiful, beachfront home in Lands End, Sea Pines Plantation. There is nothing between you and the beautiful very private beach where you can sunbathe, swim, fish, or crab. From almost every room in the house you can watch the dolphins play. Sunsets are magnificent!!
Our Non-Smoking home is comfortably furnished with a huge screened in porch facing the water. There is also a large loft on the second floor which doubles as a family room for children. There are four bedrooms, one with a king bed, two with queens, and one with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms face the water. There is an outdoor deck for sunbathing and a newly installed wide screen High Definition TV in living room!
Our home is located within walking distance of South Beach Marina, with its shops, boat rentals, and restaurants. The famous Salty Dog T Shirt Factory and shops are located there. Free tennis is included at South Beach Racquet Club,a short walk away. For this spring and summer only we are offering the free use of a double kayak with all the equipment. Kayaking is wonderful right in front of the house!

Year Purchased: 1989
Our family has owned and vacationed on HIlton Head at this house for 20 years. Our four sons grew up here and all developed a keen love of the sea and fishing. We live the remainder of the year in the Washington DC area, in Northern Virginia. We have loved Hilton Head for the beaches, the tennis and the biking opportunities.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Our house is right on the beach, an excellent spot to observe dolphins, pelicans, shrimp boats and all kinds of sea life including an occasional manatee. We now offer the free use of two kayaks that can be used directly in front of the house.

Nice beach duplex that needs an update

We have stayed in the Lands End area for the past seven years, this is a great location. This particular unit needs to be updated and have new bedding installed. I email the owner after our stay and never received a response so I have posted this review. The included kayaks were quite fun.
Owner response:The mattresses have all been replaced . We have installed a totally new kitchen, granite counters, oak floor, all new appliances. We had many difficulties with the renter who responded and his abuse of the house.
