The first floor consists of a spacious living room with window views of the scenic outdoors, dining room with wet bar, eat in kitchen, laundry room, and bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath. Off the dining room you can sit back, relax and enjoy a beautiful scenic view overlooking the lagoon from the deck.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a balcony and two queen beds and a master bath. The second bedroom features a king size bed with a full size bath. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD for your enjoyment.
This villa offers a private pool just steps away for your enjoyment. Tennis courts are also located within the villa area along with miles of bike paths. The beach is only a short distance away accessible in three minutes by dune buggy (in season) or a five minute bike ride! If you enjoy golfing, the villa is surrounded by the George Fazio golf course and only a short distance to the Robert Trent Jones golf course. For your convenience there is shopping and great dining of all kinds right nearby.

About the owner: We were born and raised in Bucks County, PA. We were married in 1971 and we have three children (girls) and six wonderful grandchildren. We currently reside in Yardley, PA with hopes to retire within the next 7 to 10 to the Hilton Head area.
Why the Owner Chose Fazio Villas:
We have been vacationing in Hilton Head with friends for the past three years and found Hilton Head to be an area that we enjoyed. The opportunity presented itself to purchase 42 Fazio in November of 2009. We wanted to share our love of Hilton Head with others.
