  I rennted this place for me and my family(with dog), for my husbands birthday. It was the best, we had people coming and visit and also to spend the night, very comfetable, This is a great location 1 house away from he beach( so you can get all the sand off before you enter the house). You really have ALL you need , very well equipt house and so clean and cozy.The upstairs bedroom is so beautiful and you can hear the waves and smell the ocean, romantic. I am definitely coming back very soon, this is the best VRBO I have rented. I have a lot of experience. The owner was so attentive and helpful via e mail so easy. She really cares a lot about this house it shows. What really impressed me also was the avalabilty of towels , sheets, papertowler and toaletpaper. Often when I rent that is what we need o go out and get, not here. It is very clean everywhere and smells good. I will be back very soon. LeAna.

  This was our first time at this property, but we have rented the owners' other property on several occasions. Both are fantastic. This property is clean, well-stocked for anything you would need, fantastic location, comfortable beds, and great outdoor eating area. The owners are truly wonderful -- very readily available and helpful with anything you need. I have been to Stinson several times now (we live in San Anselmo) and I would never rent from anyone else.

  My family just stayed at this wonderful rental and had a wonderful vacation..We already have requests to return as soon as possible. The property was extremely clean,well cared for and well stocked with linens, bedding, full stocked kitchen. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with..she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We loved walking on the beach, walking to town, playing card games, reading and cooking. I would highly recommend this rental for a family or a group of adults who want to spend some quality time together.

  Our family of 5, grandma, and 2 friends stayed for the week. We had an amazing time. We love the house. It was perfect for a family getaway. Great for kids. The owner has gone above and beyond to make this home feel comfortable for the entire family. The home was very clean, modern, but warm. All amenities listed were there. We enjoyed family pingpong matches, relaxing in the hot tub, NBA games on the huge flat screen, and last but not least playing on the beach everyday. We walked to town to shop, play basketball, and have dinner. The neighbors we met were very nice, as were the local shop owners. We loved this house, this owner, and this beach! We are looking forward to staying again and again!

  My family and I spent a week here and it was home away from home. Nothing was left to chance in the design of this beautiful home. We could not have asked for more ways to unwind or more things to see and experience. Even if you never venture from the house it compels you to just relax to the sound of the waves and the rejuvinating ocean breezes. The home is spacious,cozy and beautifully decorated with homey touches reminding you that you are at the beach. We are looking forward to our next trip already! Thank you so much !!

Summer/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years/School Break weeks - $2850/week
Summer partial week flexibility after June 1st if a week is still open ($408/nt).
Pet Fee $25/pet  (2 pet max)
Cleaning Fee $175 and 10% Hotel Tax not included in rate.
Deposit: 25% of rental fee. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Separate $300 security deposit required (held, but not cashed).
