  I was nervous about renting from someone I did not know. After a couple emails and phone calls, I knew my family would be treated well. Mr. Ammar gave us great directions from the airport and was waiting at the house for us. He gave us a lot of information about the house, the surrounding area, and coffee. He is very friendly and nice and I hope to see him again. The house had everything we needed and grocery stores are 10 minutes away. For our family of five, the 3 bedroom condo with 2 baths and an infinity pool was much better than a hotel and at about the same price. We wanted to take a snorkeling trip, and boats that offer trips are visible from the window. Since it was the busy Easter vacation week we could not get on a trip because you need to reserve days in advance. We did get to Luquillo and Seven Seas beach and the rain forest. We only had 3 days before we flew with Flamenco air lines to Viequez and we did get to go snorkeling there, since we had flippers, Green Beach was great.

  This was a great condo for our family of six. Mohamad is an excellent owner and was in regular contact with us during the booking process, while we prepared for the trip and asked questions, and even after arrival, making sure everything was ok. Condo was extremely clean and we felt very safe in the community. There is a gated entrance and the security team takes their job seriously. Don't expect to talk a walk outside of the complex. Security doesn't allow you to leave the property on foot. The area doesn't appear to be unsafe outside. It's just an FYI. Rooms were spacious. Pictures online are accurate. Three pools in the complex allow for great fun for the kids. Nice fitness center here too. Unit is on the second floor, but there is an elevator for easy access. It appears to be handicap accessible, but we didn't have that need in our group so we don't know for certain. Easy, convenient parking. We cooked several meals here. No dishwasher but that was fine. Plenty of bath and beach towels are provided, as well as bed sheets. Even a cooler and beach chairs were available. Thanks for those extras! We would definitely stay here again. We had great meals at Lolitas (Mexican place on route 3, heading out of Fajardo) and Loquillo beach kiosks 1 and 12. Kiosk 1 is La Parrilla. Food was delicious but service was very slow. Kiosk 12 is The Burger Shake, which was great in every way.

  Loved our stay at the Condo! A beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a gated community near two marinas in Fajardo. The condo is less than 10 years old...everything is beautiful. The owner, Mohammed, was extremely accommodating...and such a great communicator. He met us at the condo...showed us around, brought us an awesome bag of coffee...Thank you =). Most of the rental owners say to mail them a check...for the entire amount ahead of time...to a US location. We weren't comfortable with that plan. Mohammed only asked for a deposit to be mailed to him, then we handed them him the check at check in. No worries! We felt extremely safe in the condo area...and the pool was wonderful! The condo has a washer and dryer...which was a huge help for us since we had several water/beach days! We did the Kayaking Puerto Rico tours (miniboat/snorkeling) and the bio bay. Mini boat tour was launched at the marina just blocks away...and the kayaking was within 10 minutes of the condo. The ferry to Culebra is also very close! If you go to this condo area...make a map before you get there...it is easy to find, but the streets are hard to follow in this town. We would also suggest stopping on the way in for your essentials...a Walmart (not much for groceries), Econo (lots of food, same area as Walmart) and Kmart are in Fajardo. Not much near the condo for food supplies. We loved the view from the huge deck/patio in the condo...lots of chairs and a large table on the patio. All three bedrooms have air conditioners...we used them at night...and turned them off/ unplugged them during the day. Beautiful cool breezes during the evening made it very easy to not have air conditioning in the main living areas. The kids loved having a large tv in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twins...all beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Two bathrooms were great too! Again, this condo was amazing...highly recommend working with Mohammed...a very positive experience. I felt that at anytime I could contact him with a question or concern...and he would be there! Note...we were not very adventuresome with eating off street vendors (who wants to be sick on vacation!) We ate at the Golden Sweet bakery(Best Churros...made fresh, and $4 omelets!), which is on the way to the main ferry. Then on our last night we had a birthday dinner for our son at Le Pasion por el Fogon...which is two blocks from the condo...GO THERE TOO! Amazing CONDO!

  We very much enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great - from a basketball court to the pools! It was 5 minutes from the El Conquitador Hotel & Casino - close to the ferry for Vieques and Calebra - and less then 10 minutes to the biobay & seven seas beach. Rosa was very sweet. Our only problem was that we ran out of toilet paper. The balcony was great - we loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

  Owner response: We provide 2 bathrooms tissues rolls per bathroom, behind that, it is our guests responsibility to buy additional ones for their use as needed. Unlike the hotel industry, usually, we do not go back to the apartment till our guests leave. We do not provide a daily cleaning service. We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.

  This condo community is excellent. We loved the infinity pool, with a fabulous view. Can't beat the location - close to Seven Seas beach, close to several excellent restaurants, close to two excellent diving outfitters, close to the bio bay tour. The condo itself had a superb view from the spacious balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice TV with DVD player. Reasonable rate. We would definitely stay there again. One concern - there was limited space to store our clothes. Other than that, all was great.

  This was by far the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, and an incredible value at that! The apartment was extremely clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, very spacious and beautiful. Everything about the unit was fabulous, the pools, the security and the location. . I chose Fajardo as it was close to the places we wanted to see, El Yunque, Culebra, Bio Bay and nice beaches. The unit was well situated to all. On top of everything else, the owners were so helpful and personal. Mohamed met us at the airport with a bag of freshly ground Puerto Rican coffee, he called us after we arrived to be sure everything was satisfactory and to offer any additional assistance. Then on our return, he personally drove us from the car rental drop off to our airline. I highly recommend this unit as well as Fajardo for an incredible vacation.

  Mr Ammar, my family & I just wanted to thank you and your wife for providing us with such a beautiful place to stay in on our two week vacation back on Aug.2010. The last time we visited the island was 15 yrs ago and having such a beautiful place to go to was really great, it felt like home. Your place was exactly what you said it would be and the view, privacy , and security were great. We also appreciate the tour suggestions and the help offered by you when we were under a hurricane watch. It was great to know that the unit had a back up generator and water at all times. The apartment was close to everything and close to major highways which were very convenient. We would recommend this rental location to anyone who really wants a safe, beautiful,clean, well maintained place to stay while visiting beautiful Puerto Rico. We decided not to wait another 15 yrs before we vacation there again so hopefuly your home will be available next year for the time we plan to vacation.

  Mr. Mohamad & Rosa. I just wanted to let you know that my family as myself really enjoyed our stay in your beautifull apartment. It was just like being in our own home. Your place was well equiped and very comfortable. We are looking foward to next year to once again to stay in your apartment. We will need several units as we are planning a larger family reunion.
