  This condo was loaded with extras. Anything you could think of for cooking, paper supplies, soap etc. Spectacular view in a well maintained unit made for an enjoyable worry free month long retreat from the real world! The location is ideal being 31/2 miles from downtown Kona and situated between a park and a beach. Couldn't have ask for more...very enjoyable!

  We loved it! The pictures are accurate on the appearance of the condo, and we were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided. From kitchen necessities to beach accessories, it was all there. And the beautiful sunsets---WOW is the only word to describe them. The condo was clean and well located right next to the beach and minutes from downtown Kona. We would recommend to anyone planning a visit. All you have to bring is a bathing suit and a few clothes. All the rest is provided. We would be back tomorrow if we could. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant and comfortable.

  This well appointed and comfortable condo is the perfect spot for a romantic birthday surprise. We enjoyed every moment of our stay; the beach, waves, views, sun, snorkeling, hiking, exploring, our list goes on and on. What a great location, and such wonderful hosts! M & V can't thank you enough for everything, it was fantastic. Hope to visit again soon. Trevor

  My wife and I recently stayed here for a quick getaway. I must say, this is by far the best island experience we have ever had. You cannot beat the location, accommodations, and relaxing atmosphere of Kona. The ocean is literally a stone's throw away and the sounds of the waves melted away all of our "main land" stresses. The snorkeling right next door is amazing and the unit had everything we needed. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we were greeted with a beautiful arrangement of island flowers when we arrived. The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer, but we are already planning our return trip.

  This was a great getaway especially for the two of us. All of the conveniences of home are there. Beautiful sunsets and an excellent view of the ocean. You are close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona. We can't wait to see how the complex looks after the painting and outdoor carpets are completed. You can be as busy here as you want to be. We chose to kick back and enjoy what was offered there. The relaxing evenings with BBQ and wine were just what we wanted. You can snorkel next door or head down the road a short distance to view the turtles. We chose a night snorkel to see the Manta Rays. We would recommend going to see the Sea Horses back towards the airport. Lots to do. Enjoy!!

  We stayed Dec 7-Dec 18, 2010. Loved it! Nicely furnished studio condo updated with EVERYTHING you would need. Located about 50 feet or so from the surf so when you think view ... this is VIEW plus!!! You can see the moon and stars from the bed at night and dolphins,turtles and colorful fish with your breakfast coffee. The building is well located between Magic Sands Beach and a peaceful beach park. The Wiki-Wiki shuttle stops right out front. This is the owners vacation home so you truly feel the "aloha" sprirt. Recommend Lava Java, Kona Inn and Fishhopper restaurants. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back .. feels just like home!

  The pictures don't do this condo justice! The ocean view (not to mention the sounds of the crashing waves) was spectacular. Having breakfast while watching the fish in the clear sparkling waters was a treat not to be missed. With so few white sand beaches on the island, being that close to Magic Sands is one of the best things about the condo. And if you got tired of the beach (as if you could!), the property has a pool or you could pop on in to Jameson's for a cool drink and pu'pus - which we did! The condo is also ideally situated for day trips to many places on the island, including the Kona coffee region, Volcanoes National Park, and Waipio Valley (which we didn't get to this trip, but will definitely catch next time.). Closer to home, the Farmer's market in downtown Kailua-Kona was great for picking up fresh fruit for breakfast. And if you're more interested in dining out, downtown had a variety of restaurants to choose from. Our favorites were "U Top It" and "Huggos on the Rock." I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Big Island and hope to come back soon!

  OCEAN Front!!! We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped (Almost exactly like home), with just about anything you could need for a beach vacation!! It was very clean and nicely decorated (LOVE the Hula Girl Lamp). It was also nice to have someplace to crash after a long day at the beach (the wicker recliner was a hit!) We enjoyed watching the spinner dolphins and turtles from the comfort of the bed and dining table. The Magic Sands Beach is literally foot steps from the room, I couldn't believe we were so close to such a beautiful white sand beach. It is located about a 10 minute drive from downtown Kailua's main tourist area, which was nice, as it kept the island charm! We are already planning our return visit to this condo!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo!!!
