Executive 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Brighton area of Charlottetown. We are close to shopping, theaters, fine dining, waterfront, parks and only 20 minutes to the world renowned north shore beaches.

We are a short walk to everything that the city of Charlottetown has to offer from 5 star restaurants to a night out at the Confederation Theater and just a 20 minute drive the beautiful north shore beaches!
We are a multilevel spacious family home that is newly renovated from a new stainless steel commercial style kitchen to a surround sound theater room that includes a full service wet bar.
Our home is very child friendly and includes a backyard playset and sandbox as well a full library of kids movies, books and games.

We were thrilled with the home. It has been finished and decorated just beautifully, was immaculate, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wanted to stay in Charlottetown.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are Jodi and Steve, proud property owners that also operate a cottage business in stanhope pei and are looking to rent our home out for the summer months. our home is in Charlottetown and has just been recently fully renovated from the attic down to the basement within the last 12 months.
Why the Owner Chose Charlottetown:
We are from Charlottetown and live here during the year, however we also operate a cottage business in stanhope, pei and have decided to move to the cottages for the summer months.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We are close to downtown but live on a very quiet residential street. We are 2 minutes walk to playground, 5 minutes to Victoria park, 15 minute walk to downtown. Our house has been renovated from top to bottom and in doing this renovation we have made our house beyond comfortable and functional. Some extra features include, private hot tub on patio, indoor/outdoor speakers, satellite TV, newly installed napster, wetbar, pool table, movie room, private master bedroom, dressing area, laundry on attic level.
