Beautiful Florida Home located in South Fort Myers. Just minutes from the airport, our gated development offers a full-service concierge, a resort-style pool, spa and fitness facilities, a community movie theatre, a pub, an Internet cafe, a business center, fishing pier, tennis courts, basketball, and bocce ball. Restaurant amenities include a tiki hut by our relaxing pool, ice cream shop, and a coffee shop.
Sidewalks throughout the entire development make for a walker/jogger's paradise. After seeing those gorgeous community you will see why they have been voted community of the year for seven straight years.
Our home will not disappoint. With four spacious bedrooms (one is a converted loft), there is plenty of room for the whole family. Granite countertops in the kitchen that opens into the living room and lanai. You can enjoy the heated pool and hot tub with a brisk 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. Relax in one of the two resort-style pools that includes a lap pool. Enjoy a drink at the tiki hut where you can order lunch / dinner or drinks. A unique kiddie pool is just one of many amenities at our luxurious clubhouse.
Our home features four spacious bedrooms including a loft with sleep amenities. King bedroom and master bath with garden tub and walk in shower. A spare bedroom with two twin beds, a loft with a door and a queen size sleeper-sofa and a first-floor bedroom which features a queen size bed. Dining room with table for 8. Enjoy our lanai with seating inside and out. You will not want to leave!
