  I had an wonderful stay at this beautiful house on my vacation. The listing description and pictures were accurate. The property was clean and well kept and the house was well stocked with needed supplies and cookware. Jordan was excellent in responding to our questions and making sure our stay was superb. The strip and every store imaginable was within 5-10 minutes. I ran in the neighborhood each morning and it is safe and very quiet. I highly recommend this property for a vacation spot. It was relaxing and exactly what we needed for a getaway!

  I agree 100% with Kim's review. We had a fabulous vacation in our home and it was perfect for peace and quiet and ability to relax and visit with friends. Jordan was always available for questions and told us about casinos close to the house. ( southpoint and greenvalley.) which we really enjoyed. The strip was crazy and downtown worse. Ate at primarily prime rib at southpoint and it was great. We loved the pool. water fall, and hot tub. cooked hot dogs on the grill and sat around tv for some great thunder basketball. What a vacation! The backyard a true oasis. After 9 days in vegas I was still not ready to go home.

  I recently stayed is this wonderful home for a long 3 day girls weekend. The house was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Property was very clean and well taken care of. Very close to highway and the strip. Easy access to wal-mart and grocery stores. The pool was incredible and there were lots of lounge chairs for everyone. Very peaceful neighborhood, quiet at night. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasswear etc. Enjoyed the blender several times!

  Me and my girl friends had a such good time in Vegas. This house is awesome. It has an amazing backyard, big pool, spa, barbecue, huge kitchen, very comfortables beds and I loved the location. I highly recommend this house as everything is just perfect. Thanks Jordan for returning my security deposit so quickly.

  My husband and I brought the kids to Vegas this year and decided to rent a home in order to relax together away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We certainly made the right decision when choosing this home. The pool, spa, waterfall, barbecue in the back was pure bliss.The kids would have slept there had we let them! Everything was clean and in perfect working order and thanks Jordan for all of the helpful advice on local restaurants and activities for the kids! We will definitely be back next year and hope you have room for us!

  I had business in Vegas and thought it would be a good idea to rent a house for the two weeks that I would be there. Reservations were confirmed on the Thursday prior to our Monday arrival. One of the reasons we chose this home was to have the ablility to relax in the pool and spa after a 14 hour work day. After making our payment for the rental we asked the owner if there would be an extra charge to heat the pool and spa. Should have know that we would have problems when we were told that the heater was broken but the part needed was expected to come in while we were there and someone would come by to replace it. Keep in mind that the spa is advertised in the listing, yet this information was not disclosed prior to paying for the rental. We were also quoted an additional charge to heat the pool & spa (if it were fixed), which we were fine with. The house was large and in a good neighborhood. Lots of nearby restaurant and stores and easy access to the 215. House needed some upkeep but was acceptable. Definitely a party house as there were stacks of empty bear bottles on the side of the house in the driveway. The biggest suprise was an algae lined Pool in the back yard. I might be able to swim in a cold pool but not a dirty pool. We contacted the owner and were told to call the maintenace man. This went back and forth for serval days. Finally, 4 days later, the maintanence man came by to clean the pool but still no part for the heater. The part for the heater never came in and the spa remained unuasable, along with the pool because it did not stay warm enough during the day to heat it up. The pool also became algae lined again within 48 hour of cleaning. The owners answer to this: "The pool is not dirty, just stained" and "The part will be replaced when it comes in". Bottom Line: If we had known this information prior to paying for the rental, we never would have Rented this place. If you advertise a spa, then you should make sure the renter knows that it is not working prior to taking their payment.

  Owner response: The guest stay was discounted by 50 percent WITH the knowledge the pool heater was under repair with the part on back order. "the spa is now in working order". They only confirmed with payment the day before arrival, leaving me with less than 24 hours to prepare the home after having a family check out that same day. The pool was not dirty as it is cleaned weekly. Due to the trees and plants that line the yard which are gorgeous, there is a chance small patches of algae grow when we have a combination of wind and high temperatures. This was scrubbed off by the pool man within 24 hours of the report. My guests come to Las Vegas to enjoy themselves, some tend to consume beer and leave a bottle out of site to the side of the house for weekly recycling pickup. Hardly deeming this a party house. BOTTOM LINE: Please read the reviews below for a more accurate description of my home from more appreciative guests under 65 years of age.

  Gathering a number of family members from 3 locations to meet and live together for one week in a relatively unfamiliar location can go either one of two ways - '1 - If Only We'd Known' or '2 - Couldn't Have Gone Better'. This was definitely the second. Our family flew in from two Georgia locations, via Atlanta, and the other family members drove in from Los Angeles. This was a very memorable Thanksgiving week. To begin, finding the house was extremely easy. The neighborhood, surrounding neighborhoods and surrounding areas were better than expected and more than decent. There was not a whimper from neighboring homes during the entire stay. In spite of relatively small lot sizes, but, only when compared to my home area, the home never felt underwhelmed for even 5 adults and 3 young children. The heated pool was a wonderful bonus, made useful by some of us in the last few days after we were given easy instructions from the owner. We found great comfort in the easy access to minor shopping for groceries, at Wal-Mart, early morning Starbucks on an impulse, and easy gasoline purchases nearby. Of course, location on the airport side of Las Vegas, and just a couple of exits in total from both the airport and the Strip made frequent trips out to the touristy spots and an early morning departure extremely easy. I'd definitely do this again.

  My family rented this home in June 2010 and it was a wonderful experience - from staying at a lovely and clean home to personally meeting the cordial and accomodating owner. I previously had lived over 30 years in LV and this home's location is great - in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and dining. When my next grandchild graduates from high school, my family would again like to stay at this home. Thank you again Jordan!!

  The property was in great shape and very clean. The photos don't do justice to the house and pool area which is beautiful. Jordan is extremely helpful with everything from turning on the hot tub, waterfall and gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked and we didn't need anything extra. We had a blast in the pool. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.
