  We stayed a week with our 5 yr old boy. The apartment was very comfortable, with all the appliances needed and a very good location. The building is close to the Spinneys supermarket and has several restaurants and dining options, as it's in Dubai Marina. There´s also a pharmacy just in the entrance. We rented a car and had also the parking. Wireless internet worked perfectly. Mrs Goyal, the owner, was very helpful and always contacted us inmediatly. We would definitely go back if we visit Dubai again. Thanks Uma!

  We are a family of five and I stayed in this apartment for two week. Excellent location! Very comfortable apartment. I have two kids and they enjoyed the three pools. Uma, the owner, was very helpful. My wife enjoyed the gym most, as it has a view of the Marina boat club, which gives an amazing feeling. We were provided with cleaning once a week. All the things needed in the kitchen were there. I am definitely going to recommend this to my friends. If I have to come back, I will only stay here.

  We stayed in this apartment in April 2012 and after reading the reviews were slightly disappointed. The organisation of the rental was good with excellent communication with the owner and she was kind enough to let us enter the apartment early which was great. The location of the apartment is excellent -on the edge of the marina within walking distance of shops and restaurants and an excellent supermarket. Taxis were readily available outside and were very cheap. You could also get boat excursions from the marina. The flat itself was spacious and the living room and bedroom were clean. However our major disappointment was in the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was greasy with a old and greasy hob and greasy door handles, the fridge was full of crumbs and the kitchen smelt damp . It was not a pleasant room to be in and I did not particularly want to cook in it.. The cupboards were also full of food left behind by previous guests much of which looked to be out of date. While we were there there was a problem with the water which meant that we had no running water for two days, we could not wash or flush the toilet. Whilst this was not directly the owners fault she offered us no help and refused to compensate us at the end of the holiday when I suggested that perhaps she could compensate us some money since we had not received the services we paid for. I would not stay in this apartment again nor would I recommend it -however as a budget place to stay in Dubai it is ok -a luxury apartment it most definitely isn't.

  Booked the apartment for four nights and found it very comfortable in a good safe location in Dubai Marina. Close to good shops and restaurants. The apartment was well furnished and clean with a big balcony for a great view! Only thing I would suggest is that the owners provide more bed linen but otherwise it was perfect for our needs and the owner was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it as a great alternative to expensive single hotel rooms- save your money and spend it in the amazing shops and clubs of Dubai...

  I would like to you thank you, also on behalf of my family, for the fantastic stay in Dubai at your apartment. My husband and I and our 3 teenage boys had the time of our life! Having such a luxurious, complete, well located, wonderful place to stay during our vacation made our trip one we will never forget! It was our first time visiting Dubai and it was spectacular! First of all I want to compliment you with the way you handled everything. Immediate answers to our mails and everything was clear and well organized. You were so helpful and kind. The apartment very luxurious and complete. Even soap on toilets/bathrooms and powder for the washing machine. I’ve never seen that any place before. Great! I cannot think of anything that was missing. The guest/extra bed although is in my opinion only suitable for a young child. That’s the only thing I can think of. I’ve shown pictures to friends and they “wowed” all the time. I recommend this apartment to anybody I hear is planning going to Dubai. So much more comfortable and luxurious and “spacy” than a hotel room. A very big plus was the supermarket Spinneys downstairs. Every morning we got fresh/warm baked bread and everything we wished for. Super! For dining, having all the restaurants nearby, was also a plus! The great swimming pool and the Gym were very much used by us all. What a luxury to have this all so nearby. The boys brought their laptops and the internet was very much used. Also complimentary. The 33rd floor gives a spectacular view, especially on the Dubai Golf. The Dubai Marina Metro, 5 min. walk, we used a lot. Wonderfully nearby! Conclusion, if we will visit Dubai, we certainly book this great place of yours again. Wish you all the best! Kind regards, Family Visser The Netherlands

  I stayed in this terrific apartment with my three teenage sons for a week and all had a wonderful experience. This was our best experience in Dubai so far and I highly recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable and relaxed base to explore and enjoy Dubai. The residents of the building were friendly, as were the staff at the lobby desk. The facilities were exactly what we'd hoped for -- in particular, the awesome pools! Especially nice features in the surrounding neighborhood were the wide variety of relaxed and atmospheric dining, access to the Metro by foot, and a Spinney's grocery store (with deli and DVD rental/ales) just steps away from the front door. Overall: An excellent experience.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We stayed in this apartment for 16 nights and had a wonderful time. It´s a really nice apartment with a lovely view all the way to the horizon. The balcony runs alongside all three rooms so it´s a very long balcony. No sun in the afternoon wich is a good thing in this country, to hot otherwise. The kitchen is equipped with eveything, would have been nice with a coffeemachine though. All these luxuryproblems! You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise, wonderful. We have stayed in the building before since we have family residing in Dubai. There is a nice and quite pool area. It´s close to everything, supermarket next to building, restaurants, cafés, taxi, metro. A taxi to the beach if you don´t wish to walk is 10 DHS. The most positive about all this must be the manager, she replyed directly when we made a request. This is very unusual most agents/ owners dont reply at all!! Everytime we had a question she answered instantly we got a very good impression from the start because of this. No problems with anything very good communication. We can highly recommend this apartmen to all visiting wonderful Dubai, we will for sure be back again. Swedish couple in their fourties with 2 children (29 and 8 years)

  From the moment I found the apartment, I knew it was the one for us. I reviewed 50+ places to stay ( hotels and sublets) and this one had it all. Great location, huge luxury apartment, great furnishings, comfortable beds! A washer , ample room to hang stuff outside, the amenities can't be topped! The pools, workout room, friendly security! My family (children ages 7 and 11) and my husband were thoroughly impressed with all of Dubai, and it was great to come "home" to the apartment after a long day in the hot sun. The a/C was cold, the bathrooms were sparkling, and there was a full size kitchen with all the perks! Dubai itself is a city that all should experience. The waterparks, the aquarium, the malls (with indoor skiing and snowboarding), the 4-wheeling in the desert, the tallest building! It is all so beautiful, and the people match the area~ I would definately stay at the Marina apartment again!!

  The apartment was simple but comfortable. The pools, woman's sauna and workout rooms were terrific - espcially the view at night from the 5th floor. We loved the Marina wal and all the restaurants. We even took a water taxi from the Marina to the creek which was great fun and a wonderful way to see up close all the water front resorts.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
