Downstairs bedrooms include King bedroom with washer/dryer/closet/television, while Queen size bedroom includes closet and flat screen tv. Downstairs bedrooms are joined by shared bathroom. Upstairs loft features private bathroom, large master suite with king size bed and linen closet. The entire house features beautiful new hardwood floors and light fixtures.
There is a gated deck on the front of the house featuring outdoor furniture, umbrella, and gas grill. Living room features HDTV with Direct TV service (also available in downstairs bedrooms). Kitchen is completely remodeled with granite counters and all sterling silver appliances.
Tannenbaum Golf Course is on location. Boat or jet ski rentals are available nearby from multiple marinas. Public use boat launch is available within Tannenbaum resort.
Heber Springs is 20 minutes away with numerous restaurants, grocery stores, craft and antique shops, movie rentals and several golf courses.
About 30 minutes from Mountain View Arkansas, 1 hour from Blanchard Spring caverns.
There is so much to do whether you want to stay inside and relax, get out and enjoy Tannenbaum and the lake, or if you want to visit the local area for shopping. Feel free to contact us for suggestions!
