A total, three year old renovation of a two bedroom, two bath condominium with a second floor view overlooking a lake with all of the conveniences and upscale appointments that support a relaxing vacation. Sit, walk or swim on a nearby beach or not, play tennis or not, cook or not, read or watch a movie or not... Naples, Florida a warm, well regarded vacation destination and the Naples Bath & Tennis Club, a gated community, provide the setting. Everything in this vacation home is new from the bedding to the linens to the ice-maker to the dishes, the silverware, the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. And, as this condominium residence is not our primary home and available only for vacation rentals, the wear and tear found in private homes for vacation rental is reduced dramatically.
Pictures do not lie and those attached here just touch the surface of style, comfort and quiet available; how you spend your vacation is left up to you. Centrally located and just a few minutes drive to the beach, cinemas, the Philharmonic Center, world class restaurants, Fifth Avenue plus shopping and Olde Naples. Park in your own parking space and you are home for the holiday.
On November 1st, 2010 the Naples Bath and Tennis Club courts and facilities closed and was recently reopened, August/September 2012. However, since the closing in 2010 we have joined The Kensington Golf & Country Club, a very beautiful, well appointed gated community and country club within a mile and a half of what will be your condominium's door. This new club location for us and therefore you, has all of the bells and whistles the NBTC had in the Kensington's own beautiful, very well manicured southwest Florida setting and for the second year in a row has been voted the best country club in Naples. While golf is not part of our social membership what is available and part of your rental is the Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis courts, a work-out center and for dining pleasure access can be had to their grill/restaurant where separate cash or credit card charges can be arranged for you. The club's staff is informed and cordial. We have placed new Kensington Club pictures along with our Condominium pictures for your information .

My husband and I spent a little over a week in this beautiful Condo! Everything you need, beautifully decorated and CLEAN, which is a very important to my husband and I. Centrally located, close to just about everything; restaurants, shopping, etc! Lots of places to Golf. The only issue that I ran into was there was no pool/fitness facility "on site", yet I was able to use the owners membership @ Kensington Golf & Country Club which is VERY NICE, to access the pool/fitness room. Just a 'MINOR' inconvenience. Again, a wonderful place to stay and would recommend to family & friends!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

"Hello Lou! Your condo was fabulous and very well appointed! The only things missing were small kitchen items, like a colander and a garlic press. I was so pleased, and yes, I would be very happy to write something on the VRBO site; so you have the link?" Rates
$3000.00**/2 weeks - $4400.00**/4 weeks. **Plus mandated county/state vacation rental taxes totaling 10% and an exit cleaning fee of $175. All fees + a $750.00 security deposit is required in advance at booking. Minimum Rental - one week. Please inquire about adjusted rates year round. Cancellation Policy: No refund within 30 days of arrival. 31 days or earlier, a booking/account service fee of $75.00 only will be deducted from paid advance; balance refunded. Payment in U.S. Dollars by certified funds, money wire or personal bank check for each stay. A brief Short Term Guest Rental Contract will be required to be signed as well.

About the owner: I am a screen writer, director and producer, producing film throughout the United States and in many parts of the world. My wife and I have lived and maintained a home, separate from this condominium home, in Naples, Florida for over twenty years with me splitting my time between Los Angeles, New York and our primary residence here in Naples. Pressed by conviction to create a vacation living environment that would appeal to my wife and I, I believe we have done just that. It is comfortable, well appointed and pleasing to the eye as well as to the demands of taste.
