Newly remodeled, spacious, and immaculate suite with lovely views of the ocean from your perch above the trees. Sunny and bright with a cathedral ceiling, a breakfast kitchen, antique double bed, double and single futon, and sparkling bath with an oversized shower.

Ideally located in the Southend of Rockport in a quiet rural area. Cape Hedge and Pebble Beaches are a close walk away. Spend the day at the beach and brows the shops and restaurants of Bearskin Neck in the evening. Semi-private golf course and tennis courts are minutes away. Another benefit is that we provide you with a Town parking sticker which allows free parking at all beaches and the downtown shopping area.

    • We absolutely loved our stay in Rockport and were very pleased with our accommodations! The unit was VERY clean and perfectly outfitted with everything you need. The beaches were some of the best that New England has to offer. YOU MUST see the sunrise! There is a public foot path that is very close to the unit--AMAZING! We are looking forward to our next stay!

It was a perfect spot to stay in-between our visits to Boston, Bearskin Neck and excursions to the beach (now our favorite beach of all time). Your hospitality was super and we very much look forward to our next visit.
