  The home gives you a great feeling because it is so well decorated and you have ample space as well. The kitchen is a dream, granite counters, gorgeous backsplash, a bar that is made of a slab of wood and a trunk of a tree. Over the dining room table has an antler chandelier. The fireplace in the living room has that southwest flair, too. The hot tub is wonderful. The beds are so comfortable. The views are stupendous! Love this place and hope to come back again in the near future!

  This home was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had plenty of breathing space. Would definitely love to return. Did need all wheel drive vehicle for steep roads up & down mountain.

  The view was spectacular! Loved seeing the deer EVERYWHERE! The house was fantastic....so beautiful and functional. We are recommending this property to some friends who will be going to Ruidoso in 2013! Wonderful vacation even if there was NO SNOW!

  The place was amazing! We had a great time! Very spacious and beautiful home. It had everything necessary and then some. The view and location was beautiful and very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!!

  This house was perfect for a family get-together. It comfortably housed 7 adults and one child with plenty of room to spare. Everyone loved the hot tub, flat screens for watching basketball, and the almost constant deer in the neighborhood! There are beautiful details thoughout this house; my son especially liked the colors in the copper sink in the bathroom. Thank you for the dark curtains in the bedrooms and plenty of amenities. We will definitely stay here the next time we go visit family in Ruidoso!

  A home that is perfect for more than one family due to the privacy you can have. Plenty of parking and room to roam around it. Please provide a larger garbage can in kitchen. We bought extra large bags with us but would not fit.

  Rim Lookout was great! The bedrooms offer lots of flexibility for a large group, and the amenities are abundant! The house was "posh" and extremely clean. Add the breathtaking view, and we'll be back! Wes, you were a pleasure to deal with, another great VRBO experience!
