Extensive covered decks and over 2000 square feet of living space ugraded and remodeled in 2003 and again in 2009. With a large living area, everyone will argue who will cook in the fully outfitted kitchen. With 3 bedrooms, the kids can take a nap while someone starts the laundry. With 2 full baths, the laundry may have to wait.
Enjoy your vacation comfortably and affordably. For only $700.00 dollars a night during peak ski season, your entire family can enjoy your vacation together, not stuffed in small spaces down long hallways.
Looking to enjoy Colorado’s cool summers? Stay in the most affordable place in the area. For $300.00 per night, you're only 30 minutes from Silverton or Durango, and less than 2 hours from Mesa Verde National Park. If you don’t want to drive that far, then fish in the private lake full of Colorado’s trophy Trout fishing.
You'll find ample parking in the front and side of the home - plowed regularly. Storage lockers in the entry give you room for skis and gear. Additional double beds are available if you need to sleep more people.
