  The townhouse was exactly as advertised. 3 BR with 3 bath (attached to BRs), kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry. The community pool was nice also. We loved staying here with our 3 small children because it put us in close proximity to the Disney parks (5 minute drive) and restaurants. We enjoyed alternating between cooking dinners at the house and packing cooler lunches. This saved money and was healthier for us all. The kids played in the pool in the evenings. The community was quiet, safe, and family-friendly. I cannot imagine staying "on property" at the Parks. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and get good sleep at night here at the townhouse. Having the laundry upstairs was so convenient. We were able to pack half as much and do a couple of loads of laundry to keep up. It was nice to get home and NOT face a mountain of laundry. The owners were very hands-on in the rental process, and they were highly responsive. All requests were handled within 24 hours, and the charges were transparent and appropriate. The security deposit was refunded in full per the terms of the rental agreement. I would definitely rent from this community and this particular owner again.

  After spending a wonderful week in your townhome, it is clear that we will never stay in another hotel again. Renting a townhome is the ONLY way to go and Your Disney Home was just perfect! The home was absolutely pristine...tons of space and VERY clean (and trust me, we are VERY pick when it comes to our accomodations). This was our first rental at Windsor Hills, so we took a leap of faith and after staying at Your Disney Home, we are so glad we did. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice after a long day at Disney to know that our own private pool was just steps away from us when we got back to the townhome(although the main pool is also close by...we loved the privacy of our own pool). Ana was extremely pleasant to deal with from start to finish and truly cares about your satisfaction which is so refreshing in this day and age. Windsor Hills is safe, convenient to all parks and wonderfully maintained. Your Disney Home is a wise choice for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway and we HIGHLY recommend it!

  Dear Uriel and Marilu, our highest compliments for you and the town home itself. Everything was just perfect and beyond our expectations! The space was great to fit every one comfortably. No one felt cramped or crowded and having 3 Br. /3 baths was a big plus. It was immaculate clean! The resort is so complete; a nice park, clubhouse with a gym, a fun pool and lots more for everyone, so much that we didn’t get to everything. We loved the heated pool right in our yard and enjoyed it so much! after the long days at Disney it is a real bonus. Your info packet was very thorough and helpful. Wonderful location, five minutes to Disney parks and the shopping outlets that I love. I have gone to the Orlando area on vacation several times, but I have never stayed at a place this nice and the value is unquestionable! Having this option I would never consider hotels again and would advise the same to everyone else! We’ll be back soon. Thank you!

  We stayed at your townhome in July 2009 for our first Disney vacation. What a great place! Our children loved the Disney themed room and could not wait each night to return to swim in the spalsh pool. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The stroller was a God send as the 5 y/o needed it by day 3. Ana, you were so wonderful to work with. We had everything we needed in a timely manner. Thank you Ana and Uriel for such a wonderful place to stay at Disney! We hope to return soon!

  What a agreat place to rent. Loved the fact that the townhome is in a gated community and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was comfortably furnisehd and my daughter loved the heated pool and the Mickey themed bedroom. As for my husband and I we relished not having to go to a restaurant after a long day at the theme parks and just ordered in.

  We had a terrific vacation at Your Disney Home and would highly recommend it. Our kids loved the Mickey bedroom and the set-up was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the pool in the screened porch almost every night and on days we did not go to the theme parks we had a great time at the resort pool and hot tub. The resort had lots to offer with the great park and play areas with Volleyball, putting green and tennis. There was plenty of on-site things to do for our kids of 8, 5 and 2 and the proximity to the parks made our vacation a dream. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their family in a nice setting with the ease of pleasing everyone with so many amenities within easy reach.

  We had a fabulous stay at your townhome! The pictures online were great, but it was even better in person. We stayed there very comfortably with our 4 children. It was very close to Disney and the kids LOVED the splash pool. They could hardley wait to get back to the townhome to swim each evening! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation home. We have already mentioned it to several families...even on the airplane back from Florida! I am sure we will stay there again the next time we visit.

  Thank you Anna and Uriel, having not met you, we didn't know what to expect... the townhouse and resort area were beautiful. Security was great, area was quiet. The townhouse itself was very spacious, the kids really enjoyed the Disney themed room, and loved the splash pool ( I would definately recommend heating it in the month of Feb!). Your info packet was very thorough and we loved the shortcut to Disney as we did not know how to navigate the Orlando streets very well....Thanks again, we will be recommending this place to others who may be traveling to Orlando.

Please note rental amount is not refundable, if for any reason you have to cancel your booking we offer you the option to select a future date for your stay. However, there will be a deduction of $50 processing fee.
