  The townhouse was exactly as advertised. 3 BR with 3 bath (attached to BRs), kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry. The community pool was nice also. We loved staying here with our 3 small children because it put us in close proximity to the Disney parks (5 minute drive) and restaurants. We enjoyed alternating between cooking dinners at the house and packing cooler lunches. This saved money and was healthier for us all. The kids played in the pool in the evenings. The community was quiet, safe, and family-friendly. I cannot imagine staying "on property" at the Parks. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and get good sleep at night here at the townhouse. Having the laundry upstairs was so convenient. We were able to pack half as much and do a couple of loads of laundry to keep up. It was nice to get home and NOT face a mountain of laundry. The owners were very hands-on in the rental process, and they were highly responsive. All requests were handled within 24 hours, and the charges were transparent and appropriate. The security deposit was refunded in full per the terms of the rental agreement. I would definitely rent from this community and this particular owner again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  After spending a wonderful week in your townhome, it is clear that we will never stay in another hotel again. Renting a townhome is the ONLY way to go and Your Disney Home was just perfect! The home was absolutely pristine...tons of space and VERY clean (and trust me, we are VERY pick when it comes to our accomodations). This was our first rental at Windsor Hills, so we took a leap of faith and after staying at Your Disney Home, we are so glad we did. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice after a long day at Disney to know that our own private pool was just steps away from us when we got back to the townhome(although the main pool is also close by...we loved the privacy of our own pool). Ana was extremely pleasant to deal with from start to finish and truly cares about your satisfaction which is so refreshing in this day and age. Windsor Hills is safe, convenient to all parks and wonderfully maintained. Your Disney Home is a wise choice for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway and we HIGHLY recommend it!

  Dear Uriel and Marilu, our highest compliments for you and the town home itself. Everything was just perfect and beyond our expectations! The space was great to fit every one comfortably. No one felt cramped or crowded and having 3 Br. /3 baths was a big plus. It was immaculate clean! The resort is so complete; a nice park, clubhouse with a gym, a fun pool and lots more for everyone, so much that we didn’t get to everything. We loved the heated pool right in our yard and enjoyed it so much! after the long days at Disney it is a real bonus. Your info packet was very thorough and helpful. Wonderful location, five minutes to Disney parks and the shopping outlets that I love. I have gone to the Orlando area on vacation several times, but I have never stayed at a place this nice and the value is unquestionable! Having this option I would never consider hotels again and would advise the same to everyone else! We’ll be back soon. Thank you!

  We stayed at your townhome in July 2009 for our first Disney vacation. What a great place! Our children loved the Disney themed room and could not wait each night to return to swim in the spalsh pool. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The stroller was a God send as the 5 y/o needed it by day 3. Ana, you were so wonderful to work with. We had everything we needed in a timely manner. Thank you Ana and Uriel for such a wonderful place to stay at Disney! We hope to return soon!

  What a agreat place to rent. Loved the fact that the townhome is in a gated community and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was comfortably furnisehd and my daughter loved the heated pool and the Mickey themed bedroom. As for my husband and I we relished not having to go to a restaurant after a long day at the theme parks and just ordered in.

  We had a terrific vacation at Your Disney Home and would highly recommend it. Our kids loved the Mickey bedroom and the set-up was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the pool in the screened porch almost every night and on days we did not go to the theme parks we had a great time at the resort pool and hot tub. The resort had lots to offer with the great park and play areas with Volleyball, putting green and tennis. There was plenty of on-site things to do for our kids of 8, 5 and 2 and the proximity to the parks made our vacation a dream. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their family in a nice setting with the ease of pleasing everyone with so many amenities within easy reach.

  We had a fabulous stay at your townhome! The pictures online were great, but it was even better in person. We stayed there very comfortably with our 4 children. It was very close to Disney and the kids LOVED the splash pool. They could hardley wait to get back to the townhome to swim each evening! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation home. We have already mentioned it to several families...even on the airplane back from Florida! I am sure we will stay there again the next time we visit.

  Thank you Anna and Uriel, having not met you, we didn't know what to expect... the townhouse and resort area were beautiful. Security was great, area was quiet. The townhouse itself was very spacious, the kids really enjoyed the Disney themed room, and loved the splash pool ( I would definately recommend heating it in the month of Feb!). Your info packet was very thorough and we loved the shortcut to Disney as we did not know how to navigate the Orlando streets very well....Thanks again, we will be recommending this place to others who may be traveling to Orlando.

  I really enjoyed staying at this townhome! There's so much room and it's so nice! I have gone to the Orlando area on vacation several times, but I have never stayed at a place this nice (and clean)! The area was so convenient to anything we needed, too. It was a great experience and really felt like home! Thanks!

  Thank you, Marilu, for providing this beautiful vacation home! We loved our stay!!! Everything was clean and so well decorated. This was our 3rd time staying in this townhome, and each time we find nice new touches added. We will never stay in a hotel at Disney or anywhere else in Orlando again! It is great that you provide everything we might need for our kids, and the splash pool was so fun, we never made it to the big community pool! I recommmend that your guests add the pool heat -- it is well worth it. The water was the perfect temperature each night as the air temperature dropped. My boys loved sleeping in the Disney bedroom with the Nemo bathroom. It was great to each have our own bathroom. There were 6 of us there, all together (3 generations) and no one ever felt crowded. We also know we saved a ton of money by being able to eat breakfast at the townhome. And the kids loved coming back and eating frozen pizza at night instead of having to sit through dinner at another restaurant. Lastly, the location is fabulous! We went to Busch Gardens Tampa on their free shuttle, and only had to drive 2 minutes to the pick up point. And it was really quick and easy to get to Universal and Sea World as well. Plus, there are restaurants, shops, grocery stores, mini golf, and anything we wanted within 5 minutes of the townhome. Thank you again. We will be back!

  My family enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. We were traveling with children ages 5, 11 and 14 as well as a younger couple. The townhouse comfortably slept all 7. We enjoyed the splash pool so much that we only went to the resort pool once. The three bedrooms and baths also provided each of us with much needed privacy!

  We had a fantastic stay at your condo. With two young girls and a baby, the big bedrooms, three washrooms and private splash pad were more than enough to keep the kids occupied. We found the home to be beautifully decorated and fully stocked. It was like being at home, but better! The extra supplies like the high-chair, play-pen and stroller were a bonus. It was so much better than being cramped in a small hotel room. Can't wait until we can come back.

  Marilu / Uriel, Congratulations!!! for the beautiful house you have on this location. Our five children (of 3, 5, 6, 8, and 10 years old) truly enjoyed the place. The house is very comfortable to host our big family, clean, nicely decorated, and really close to all amenities. The Windsor Hills Resort is great and strategically well located. The kids were delighted with the small pool in the house. We had a wonderful staying and we are all looking forward for the next opportunity to come back in near future.

  The town house is beautiful! Perfectly described and a very short drive to the Disney parks! The clubhouse had so much that we didn’t get to see everything. We did get to use the awesome heated pool with a water slide!We are already planning another trip and I can’t imagine another way to see Disney. Thanks for answering all my questions so quickly!

  Perfect for our family. We have a 3 year old and a 12 month old. The home was very child friendly. Complete with night lights, safety gate, safety bed rails, high chair, and pack n play. It is conveniently located just minutes from the Disney World gates. We had a wonderful time, and my kids loved the pool! We would definately come back!

  This place was perfect for our family - spacious rooms, fully equipped and impeccably clean. Best of all, this gated community is only 8 minutes away from Disney World! Our kids loved their Disney-themed bedroom and their very own 'Nemo' inspired bathroom. The private Club House amenities were a plus (huge pool, games room & movie room). We could not have asked for a better "home away from home". Thank you and we will definitely come back soon!

  We just got back from Disneyworld with our 4 grandchildren. This is a wonderful place to stay!! Everything was just perfect and having the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a real plus.   Great Place to visit Orlando and the Theme Parks. Well equipped with every thing you need for a pleasant stay. The Kids loved the pool and their own bedrooms as well as the pool area at Windsor Hills. Everything was well organized by Dawn. We would again choose Windsor Hills for a Vacation to the Orlando area.

  We enjoyed a wonderful one-week visit. This property is very conveniently located. Condition is very good. It is a great place to relax. The private pool was perfect for our six-year-old grandson. Three bathrooms helped to get everyone going in the morning. I enjoy being able to get up early make coffee, read, get on the internet etc. without worry of disturbing anyone else. This spacious unit makes this easy to do.

  Our first trip to Disney and Dawn was very helpful.We stayed on site for 3 nights and then moved to the townhouse for 6 nights and the stress level dropped from a 10 to a 2.Our 2 children aged 7 and 4 prefered the house they felt like they were home.Dawn has thought of everything.Having our own pool was great for a cooldown swim getting home from the parks after dark. We highly recommend this property.

  I have nothing but the highest compliments for Dawn and the townhome itself. We were able to put the kids to bed and stay up down stairs without feeling like we were walking on egg shells. The house is very kid friendly, the pool was awesome to have and very private. I would not hesitate to recomend the townhome, Windsor Hills and the location says everything.

  We stayed here in December 2005.This townhome far exceeded our expectations. This is certainly not your typical townhome. The furnishings appear as though a professional decorator was at work (maybe this is the case??). If anybody is planning a trip to Disney this is the place to stay! The resort itself is beautiful and close to all ammenities. Everything is still new and fresh. You would be crazy to stay in a motel (which will likely cost you more) if you have the opportunity to stay here. Just having the kitchen and being able to eat at home pays for itself. We will be back next year for sure!

  We stayed at Windsor Hills Resort from 11/2 - 11/12 and had a great time. The town home was perfect, plenty of room. Much better than staying in a hotel. We loved having the kitchen. The kids really enjoyed having the pool and having it heated was the best on those cool evenings. Thanks again for making a great vacation even better!!!

  The townhome was beautiful! It was very clean and the perfect size for my family. It was also close enough to Disney. We were so glad that we stayed here instead of a hotel. Windsor Hills also had a lot to offer. The pool was beautiful and my kids loved the game room! We would definitely recommend your places to others visiting Disney. Thanks!

  Thank you, Dawn, for providing such a comfortable home for us during our trip (10/20/05 - 10/25/05). The location was perfect. In less than 10 minutes we were parked and entering any of the Disney parks and it was only about 25 minutes door to door for Universal Studios. After those long, fun days playing at the parks, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable home where all of us (3 adults and 4 kids) had plenty of room to relax. The pool was a complete hit! We will be back!

  my family and i stayed at this townhome from sept 16th thru sept 24th i have to say that we loved it..it was clean..beautifuly furnished.and had all the ammenities that you need on vacation i would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent a townhome its a great value for the money..the windsor palms resort was also beautiful we enjoyed that as well..we look foward to staying there again

  Just a short thank you, Dawn, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful townhome from July 31st - August 12th, 2005. It was everything you said it would be and more. There is simply no substitute for the spaciousness offered here, and all the rooms were decorated so nicely. The kids really enjoyed coming home at night and going into their own private splash pool. The entire resort at Windsor Hills is fantastic. It was a great value that is so close to everything and yet away from the crowds. We really did not want to leave and did stay a day extra. Thanks, Dawn, for making the rental process so easy and accommodating - you couldn't have been any nicer. We will certainly be recommending your townhome to all our friends and family. All we can say is "Everything was AWESOME." We look forward to staying there again in the future.

  What a GREAT location! What GREAT facilities/ammenities! What a GREAT place to come HOME to after a power-packed day at the theme parks! We were only 15 min. from Universal, Islands of Adventure and 10 min. from Sea World. You will be more than thrilled with your stay at this very wonderful townhouse. Any minor problem was addressed immediately and with great courtesy! We enjoyed every aspect of the resort from the large pool, the game room, the movie theatre to our very own spacious townhouse with our very on private pool - that was by far the hit of the week for all of us! Feel free to get our number from Dawn if you want any further verification about the great time we all enjoyed!
