  Our family really enjoyed our stay at 312 Shorewood. The bedrooms are all great size, bathrooms were roomy enough and three which was great. I can say the view from the balcony is spectacular and since it is a corner unit, you also have the night view of the pool off to the side which is lit up at night. The grounds are landscaped beautifully as well including all the palms near the pool. I've stayed at a few places in HHI and the attention to detail of the decor is top notch. The kitchen has every possible thing you need to cook including spices. The pool is amazing with a zero entry area along with four fountains in the front that my 2 1/2 year old twins loved playing in. I was hesitant to rate it so high because it may not be available for us next year!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  I along with my daughter, son-in-law, and twin 11 month old grandsons had a wonderful time in Hilton Head the week after Labor Day, which is a great time of year to vacation at HHI. We had stayed at two other properties close to this villa before, but this one is definitely at the top of our list and is perfect for us! We loved the decor, which is exactly as pictured, plus the views of the ocean and are great! Except for getting groceries, everything we needed was right there in the villa. The main pool and the kiddie pool were both wonderful for the boys as was the short walk to the beach. My daughter even commented when we arrived that the main pool looked like one you would see at a Disney World hotel. The grounds and pool are very well maintained, as is this villa. I can't complete this review without "singing" praises to Brian, the owner and property manager. He is great to work with and made the reservation process very easy. I really appreciated his prompt responses to my emails and my phone calls. Thank you so much Brian! We are hoping to return next year around the same time and we most definitely want to stay at this lovely villa.

  We totally enjoyed our two weeks at this beautiful condo. The bedrooms are well decorated and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked we cooked and stayed in more than we usually do. The condo is very clean and felt like home. The owners have done a fantastic job with this condo. The pictures show you exactly what this condo looks like. No surprises. It is beautiful! We loved the location of this wonderful condo. Steps to the pool and beach. The view of the beach and ocean is spectacular. We highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to next summer.

  We decided to spend a long weekend (Fri., 3.25-Mon. 3.28) here. This is our third-and best-visit to the Island to date..largely due to this condo! The pictures are accurate-the condo is just as it looks in the pictures on this website. The condo is gorgeous; the owner did a great job updating many of the features. It is really great to stay at the beach-it is even better to be able to do it in surroundings that are beautiful-which this place IS! It is comfortable, clean, and the kitchen had every gadget we needed to cook our meals. Every appliance you'd have at home is here...from a crock pot to a built-in microwave oven.We opted to stay in and cook, and eating on the balcony, at sunset, overlooking the ocean can't be beat! The furniture is pretty and comfortable; tvs and dvd players in the living room and bedrooms made winding down at the end of the day easy; the beach is easily reached. This condo is located in an ideal location...the pool and beach are literally steps away! Although the pool is heated, we did not go in. There's also a spa (which we also didn't use this trip). The owner has provided beach chairs and a cart to help bring things to the beach. There were only two of us on this trip, but we've already decided to come back with our sons and their friends (all adults). As we've been to HHI several times, we knew were the local grocery stores were; the owner has provided a map of the island as well. Having free internet helped-we decided to find a Redbox location and also a fresh seafood retail store for dinner. (Redbox-Harris-Teeter- seafood-great local seafood (shrimp and clams) at Benny Hudson's on the north end of the island). We still have one day left-we're walking to Coligny Circle to browse the shops. It is great that it is within walking distance, yet far enough away that there are no crowds! Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing time at the beach, and want a beautiful place to spend your "inside" time in! I've already sent the link to several friends, when they asked, "Where are you staying?" after seeing the pictures I posted online! To paraphrase a certain famous actor/politician: "We will be back!"

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We are so pleased when people are happy and so satisfied with their stay that they take the time to share their experience.   We had a very mice time last week, and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. It was very comfortable, and we were most impressed by how well the kitchen was equipped. Hope to stay there again - thanks for working with us!
