  We stayed at this wonderful property during the Christmas holidays and enjoyed every minute. We've used VRBO on numerous occasions and this one was one of the best for accuracy, cleanliness and comfort. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

  We loved our stay, even if too short (3 days) at Key Breeze...Property is very well maintained, kitchen, bedrooms w/top of the line bedding, all the details to make you feel in a little tropical paradise...My husband and my son enjoyed fishing, kayaking...watching or catching all kinds of creatures: a baby stingray, among others...even if the weather didn't help much, a stormy, rainy week...but just to be there, overlooking the landscape and the open waters was extremely relaxing!... Pool area was great, with all you need to enjoy yourself! John, the owner, was extremely helpful and great to work with, all the details...he even called to make sure everything is OK, during our stay! We would love to come back, for a longer vacation next time! Thank you John, for sharing your islands treasure with us! Daniela & Felix

  My fiance and I and two other couples stayed at Key Breeze for the fourth of July week. There had been some concerns with how the property looked in the photos. Once we got there these concerns went away. The house was extremely comfortable and very clean inside and out. The major appliances were newer looking and were not bargain brand items.The view of the ocean and bay area were great. Several nice sunsets. The pool was nice, clean and not overly chlorinated, albeit a little warm. The dock area was nice, the 22' Center Console docked easily with room to spare. Everyone had a great time in the evening fishing off and around the lighted dock or just watching the wildlife swim by. Had to contact John about a couple of minor things and he got back to me quickly to address them. I would recommend to anyone who wants to experience the Keys experience and hope to return myself. The area itself was very quiet, no issues with the neighborhood. Hawk's Cay Resort was five minutes away by car and twenty minutes by boat. The only issue was make sure you talk to someone on how to get out on a low tide, the water even in the channel gets a little skinny.

  Wow - the pictures and description of Key Breeze do not do the property justice! We loved our stay at Key Breeze on Duck Key - John's home leaves nothing to be desired! It is centrally located yet still secluded - although it is on the same key as Hawk's Cay (convenient for activities), it is quiet and private. We loved the pool, the screened porch, use of the kayak - fishing off the dock was a treat, and we ended up eating at "home" way more than we expected thanks to all the amenities and having a grill onsite. We hated to leave, and hope to come back some day! Thank you John for a wonderful stay!

  My husband and I, along with another couple, could not have asked for anything more of a vacation. The location was perfect---a beautiful drive to Key West and convenient to other venues. The home was lovely but we always felt "at home". Fishing, long walks, having morning coffee on the screened in porch or a glass of wine on the dock to watch the sunsets, take your pick, it is all delightful. A fun place to visit for both adults and kids is the Theatre of the Sea and taking the tour of the Hemingway House was very interesting. This was our 4th annual vacation with our friends and we all agreed it was our best so far!

  We booked on short notice and am so glad we found this home. It's absolutely gorgeous and the photos don't begin to do it justice. The view and location are fabulous-we normally love to go go go, but staying here, we really enjoyed eating in, swimming in the pool and enjoying the sunsets from the deck. We also enjoyed using the two person kayak to paddle around exploring the area. The location is really great-convenient to both Islamorada and Marathon. The home is extremely private and in a really nice area. The owners have supplied everything you need-just pick up food and you're set. The home is very clean and well maintained. We had a couple issues with the air conditioner during out stay, but John was very responsive and had it fixed immediately. We were very impressed and would definitely stay in this home again.

  My family just returned from Key Breeze. We had an amazing vacation. This house is perfect in every way. The best set up you can imagine. Beautiful accommodations, well appointed (everything you could possibly need is already there), comfortable beds, sparkling pool, amazing dock where we spent hours and hours, spectacular view, awesome location. John, thank you for sharing your amazing place with us. We are already looking forward to coming back.

  We shared this house with another family, each of us with a 13 year old daughter. We cannot say enough great things about the property. The house is very comfortable. The pool and pool deck were awesome, as was the dock. The view from the dock, including the sunset, is etched in my memory. We fished, watched all the sea life from the dock, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen (and the gas grill outdoors), and just generally hung out. Can't wait to get back!!

  My husband and I, our 21 one year old son and my mother in law just returned from 6 wonderful days at Key Breeze. From mother -in- law sitting on the screened porch savoring the view, to my reading poolside to my husband and son fishing we were all quite content. Most vacations I choose not to cook but the kitchen had everything and eating dinner on the porch was a delight. The beds are oh so comfortable as is the entire house. Marathon shopping and dining a ten minute drive away. Of course, perfect weather everyday added to the charm.

  My family and I just returned from a week on Duck Key. The trip was pure perfection! The house was beautiful, just as advertised. The set-up was perfect for us with plenty of room for our family of 5. The sun and sea renewed us! We had wonderful walks around the island and enjoyed the trek to Hawks Cay Resort to watch the fishing boats come in and treat ourselves to ice cream. The dock provided endless hours of entertainment. We fished and watched for sea life. We saw all sorts of wonderful creatures including a 5' shark, small octopus, dolphins, lobsters, stingrays and lots of fish. This morning, my son asked if we could go back to Florida today. I wish! We would definitely stay here again.
