Inside: The master bedroom looks out onto the lake and opens to the screened lanai. The king-size bed is positioned to easily view the stereo TV with DVD/VHS player. The over sized walk through closet area opens to the beautifully tiled master bathroom with walk-in shower,twin basins and private toilet.

The Dining Area is just off of the kitchen and offers a spectacular view of the lake. The dining table seats six comfortably. The kitchen offers modern amenities and appliances which includes a breakfast bar with bar stools and a pantry.

The large living room offers an extra wide patio door that allows views of the lanai and lake. A large screen TV and entertainment center with surround sound will compete for your time with the coffee table that converts to a game center (no need to go to Las Vegas).

The second bedroom , in its own private wing, offers twin maple beds. Just off the 2nd bedroom, is a full bathroom.

The den or third bedroom has a privacy screen, sleeper sofa, a desk, – fax machine,color copier/printer and internet access.

ABOUT PELICAN SOUND GOLF AND TENNIS: Pelican Sound is a 547 acre gated community with a 27 hole championship golf course with aqua range, putting course and six Har-tru tennis courts. Pro shops offer a wide array of activities, classes and tournaments. The majestic 18,000 square foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse with formal and informal dining is at the center, providing locker rooms and a beautiful gathering place for the many activities provided-too numerous to mention! After depositing your full rental fee and completing the application, all membership benefits and privileges automatically transfer allowing you to enjoy a round of golf for the low cost of a cart fee. The new Chelsea automated system for reserving tee times insures fair play for everyone. In addition, there are many reciprocal golf clubs in the area to enjoy. If you have ever been to other golf courses in this area during peak season, you know that golf is excessively expensive if you can even obtain tee time.

THE RIVER CLUB AND BEACHES: Overlooking the Estero River which leads into the Gulf of Mexico is the 5,000 square foot River Club.It has a huge heated pool as well as a spa pool, fitness center, and casual dining indoors or out. Also, at the River Club is a canoe park and a private water taxi that takes you to the areas most beautiful beach, "Lover’s Key State Park." If you wish, take a short drive to nearby Bonita Beach, para-sail, rent wave runners, water bike, and much more. Doc’s Beach House is right there to fill your needs for food and refreshment.

WHAT’S NEARBY: Pelican Sound is in the middle of everything desireable.We are located right between Fort Myers and Naples which are 10-15 min. each way. The Southwest Florida International Airport is a 10-15 minute drive and there are great restaurants and stores all around.Two new additions to the area are The Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point Center both of which draw shoppers from all of Southwest Florida. We are across the street from Koreshan State Park, one of Florida’s top quality State Parks with picnic areas,play areas and historic sights. TECO Arena, home to sports events and concerts is just a few exits north on I-75. Fort Myers is home to Minor League baseball teams--one of the most popular activities around. Also in Fort Myers is The Barbara Mann Center for Performing Arts where you can often see top Broadway Plays. Do not miss a tour of the historic Edison and Ford winter homes.
