This is the beautiful 'quiet side' of the lake. You can watch the world go by while relaxing at the pool or sitting on your private deck, which are both at water's edge and shaded in the afternoon, enjoying the spectacular view. Within minutes rent a boat/jet ski, para-sailing, play golf, visit Ha Ha Tonka State Park or go shopping at all the unique specialty shops and the 100-plus store outlet mall. You and the kids will enjoy fishing, go-kart tracks, putt-putt, Bridal Cave, Big Surf Water Park, Timber Falls Indoor Water Park and frozen custard stands. My kids and I loved staying in this condo. It was in excellent condition, everything was brand new. Just steps from the water. Jim was wonderful to work with, and was very helpful. We will be staying here again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a condo at lake of the ozarks.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This condo offered everything we were looking for. So comfortable and clean and just felt like home away from home. We loved being such a short distance from the dock and our boat. We wanted to learn a little more about the lake and were able to accomplish that on our pontoon without having to be quite so concerned about the big boats. We have every intention of returning. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miramar. The condo had everything we needed and we found it very comfortable. Loved the flatscreen TV in the master bedroom! The location was convenient to get to and an easy drive to Camdenton or Osage Beach while still enjoying the "quieter side of the lake". Beautiful views and a short walk to the boat dock! We love, love, LOVED this condo! Jim was amazing to work with ... always available for questions and willing to make suggestions for places to go and see. It was SO hot the week we were there, but the pool was always available for cooling off. The rental office was very nice to let us hook up to their wifi when needed, and Jim really had the condo stocked well with everything you might need...including a crock pot! The drying rack on the balcony was perfect for our wet towels & suits each day, and the washer & dryer are very large for big loads of clothes/towels. We've already recommended this place to friends and with Jim's awesome hospitality, this unit will book quickly year after year!! We have just returned from a stay at this condo and found it to be very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. It is well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation at the lake. There were even beach towels in the master bedroom closet. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and available for questions. This condo was the nicest one we've ever stayed in. The location, ease of planning, and overall comfort were outstanding. Most important to me is cleanliness, and this definitely met the standard! Our vacation was perfect in every way and the owner of the condo was the most courteous and kindest person we could have hoped to deal with. We will rent this specific place many times in the years to come. This is exactly what we were looking for to spend 1 week of quality time with our 4 grandsons. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Jim was always available to answer all our questions. What a delight to work with.The people who own condos here were very nice and made you feel very welcome. The pool is a great asset for the kids and the adults. Grocery stores and convienience stores so very close. I would recommend this unit to anyone I know. We would defintly come back. About the owner: I have been coming to the lake for over 50 years. This is our absolute favorite part of the lake. You can't beat the location boat or car wise. After you have stayed here, I think you will like it just as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Camdenton:
It's truly the best of both worlds. It's the 'quiet side' of the lake, so you can enjoy calmer waters, yet you're only minutes away by boat or car from all the hub-bub. You're right near it but not right in it. It's one of the best locations on the lake to get to by car. It's less than one mile of paved, basically flat, roads right off of HWY 5. You won't experience the typical lake roads that are miles long, windy and so steep that you basically need a four wheeler. HWY 5 will get you anywhere you would want to go in the lake area. It's some of the best boating water on the lake. You'll enjoy skiing and tubing on the near-by Little Niangua. It's great, you'll love it!

The views are spectacular! There's some of the best restaurants and bars within minutes by boat or car. All the neighbors are overly friendly and look out after each other. Enjoy shaded afternoons at the pool or on your private deck. There's nothing worse than having to stay inside with your blinds closed all afternoon and evening because the sun's too hot to enjoy your vacation. Our condo is only a mile away in case you need us.
