This house and cottage are right at the beach in the prestigious Las Tunas neighborhood of Todos Santos. Not only will you see the Pacific, on a big day you will feel the surf shake the bed at night.

Brimwater Hollow consists of the main 3 bedroom 3 bath house with luxury finishes and furnishings, and the more rustic adjacent cottage popular with couples on a getaway. You can rent them together or separately- prices on the main house start at $150 per night and for the cottage start at $70 per night. See the rates page for complete details.

We get a lot of repeat clients because at night, during whale watching season, you can even hear the tail slaps and breathing from the nearby California Gray whales. Beware of the many rentals in Todos Santos that claim to be near or "at the beach". The views from the rooftop palapa are unbroken from Punta Lobos to La Pastora with nothing but ocean in front of you- 50 yards to the waves!

The name Brimwater Hollow comes from a fantasy cartoon strip I developed when I was at Stanford, and with over 20 years in Baja we will be able to help you find your way around. We even had our own ecotour business for 10 years. Surfing at La Pastora is just 5 minutes away, downtown is 10 minutes away.
