  We had a lovely week at this beautiful condo. It is clean, comfortable, plenty of linens and towels and fully stocked kitchen! The view of the Gulf from the large balcony is magnificent and the weather was perfect. Close to plenty of great restaurants...such as Keegan's, PJ's and Guppy's. All in all we had such a wonderful time in Indian Rocks Beach. We will be back soon...

  My husband and I have been renting beachfront condos on Indian Rocks beach for over 10 years. This property is exceptional. We are quite picky, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This condo is very clean, spacious, with a comfortable pillow top king bed, large well stocked kitchen and a large corner balcony. The location is very convenient to restaurants and a large grocery store. Trouble free check in - check out. We will definitely be returning.

  We have vacationed in the Indian Rocks Beach area for 20 years but this is our first time requiring accommodations for our little kitten. We found this property on the internet as a pet friendly rental and were impressed with the pictures on the site as well as the overall description of property. From our initial contact with the owner through the booking process with the management company we had a great feeling about this place. Upon arrival we were happy to discover that the place was everything they described  and far exceeded our expectations. The place is well maintained, clean, and very spacious. They had everything covered down to the littlest details such as an instructional page on how to operate the entertainment center. We immediately felt at home. We arrived late in the day and within a couple hours after settling in were able to sit on the large balcony and watch the spectacular sunset. There were many great restaurants in the area with Crabby Bill's a block away and Salt Rock Grille just down the road. We will be returning next year and will certainly be looking to stay here again.  I highly recommend this property.

  We had a great time at this condo this year! It was our first time here at Casa de Playa and the condo itself is very spacious and has all the comforts of home. With the large bedrooms and very comfortable beds and huge kitchen area, we never felt crowded! The pictures gave a very accurate description and there were extra amenities of games and movies that we enjoyed during Tropical Storm Debby! (My boys watched The Sandlot at least a dozen times and laughed each time as if it was their first!) The owner and management company were a pleasure to work with and quick to respond when a minor issue arose during our stay. The management arrived to fix it in a timely manner without disruption to our vacation! My reason for a 4 star: having to use the keys to go in and out of the pool area made it challenging with the kids! Whether something was forgotten or someone needed to go to the bathroom in the room, we needed to keep a GPS on the keys! We understand the need to keep non-guests out, just wish there was a better way! Overall fun, sun and relaxation was had by all and we would stay here again when we come back to Indian Rocks Beach!

  Our family of 4 plus Italian Greyhound truly enjoyed our stay at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised the description of the condo was accurate. Very clean, well - equipped and beautiful view! The rental office was gracious to let us know our unit was ready earlier than expected. We will definitely be back and and would highly recommend this lovely home away from home!!

  This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a very comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished apartment in a smaller 12 unit building. It met all our expectations and it was accurately described in all aspects in the listing. A large airy living room overlooked the very clean, heated pool and the beautiful beach. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with nice beds. Telephone, TV/cable and the WiFi connections worked flawlessly. The kitchen was very large and well-equipped with modern appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay here. The owner and the management company were pleasant and helpful in all our dealings. We will recommend it to others and would return ourselves.

  We loved this place. It is even better than pictured. The view from the patio overlooking the Gulf and pool was highly entertaining. We watched dolphins, coast guard rescue training, parasailing and beautiful sunsets. We had a heron who entertained us on a patio below. Wonderful restaurants were close by. One called Guppy's was particularly good. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Tampa is just a short drive away. Everything was totally clean, kitchen well-equipped and very spacious. I loved the flooring; too bad it doesn't show in the pictures. It looked like a spanish tile but was of a material that was softer on the feet and beautiful to look at! Furniture was very comfortable and plenty of walk-in closet space. Baths were very comfortable and well equipped with hair dryer and plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a trip to Florida -- it was awesome!

  First class accommodations with all the amenities, Beautiful view of the gulf and great for watching dolphins, para-sailers and sunsets. Great restaurants and shopping all close by.

  I'm gonna tell you a little secret ...In the 20 years that we have been coming to the IRB / Clearwater area, your condo is the best we've stayed at. That's why in the future we'd look to stay with you each year in May and October.

  Your condo is so spacious and you have everything that a family could want. We have been vacationing on Florida beaches for years and your condo is one of the best as far as spaciousness but the best as far as having all the extras and higher quality. Your sheets and kitchen stuff (pot/pans, dishes) are good quality and you have everything. You also provide plenty of towels. Your master bedroom bed is really comfortable and the sheets were soft and welcoming. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and towels. I usually have a bit of trouble cooking because there are never sufficient pots and pans but I did not have that excuse last week. The location is great too - walking distance to restaurants if you don't want to cook. We will be calling you first, when we decide on our vacation week for next year. We always try for Indian Rocks Beach - our favorite - beautiful, quiet and great location. Oh...and the pictures on the internet are right on - just as nice as the pictures.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
