This house is conveniently located close to Camp Watercolor and the tennis courts. If you like the quiet while at home-yet want to be close to all of the action, this is the the best located house in Watercolor! The quiet cul-de-sac has little traffic and is a great street for the kids to bike and play.
Style, charm, comfort, with all the bells and whistles. This cottage is perfect for the discerning guests.
As you enter into the living room, kitchen and dining room area you will appreciate the twenty foot, exposed beam ceiling. The kitchen is outfitted with Viking for the culinary passionate. Some of the amenities you will find in the gourmet kitchen include two separate sinks, icemaker professional range and granite throughout.
As you make your way towards the back entrance you pass a laundry room, bunk area for two and a bathroom. On the left there is a King bedroom with a private bath and on the right there is another bedroom with a queen and twin bed ( room for 2 to 3 ) that shares the bath with the rest of the downstairs.
Making your way up a large staircase you’ll discover that the entire second floor is a king bedroom suite. The large walk in closet, stone tiled bath and king bedroom are highlighted by the exposed truss ceiling and light that flows through the bedroom windows from the natural setting outside. Upstairs you will find a TV den with a queen sofa sleeper.
Each room has large televisions, including 50” in both king bedrooms as well as the living room. It is possible that the televisions may not get used much since riding bikes on miles of quiet streets, jaunts over to the world class beaches and endless periods of relaxing are the play of the day. Stay in Funny Farm and also enjoy the four spectacular pools in the Watercolor community. ENJOY!
