  rented this condo for six weeks. Great layout and the Splash complex is wonderful. This unit however as several issues. Our biggest issue were the beds. They were horrible, big sink holes in the mattress in master bedroom. Second bedroom bed was bad too, you had to climb out of holes to get out of bed. Owner would not replace when requested. Carpets were dirty, throw rug in bathroom needed washed and had bugs in the cooking utensils under the sink. I will definitely stay at Splash again, but not in this unit.

  Owner response: These guests were very kind to work with in the beginning. When they submitted their requests for a new mattress they said they were even thinking about coming back next year it was a great unit. Really depended on the beds. The mattresses on the beds are only three years old. I do not believe they are as stated. Never once complained about anything the moment they checked in. If they had needed anything when they got there all they had do to was call. The carpets in the bedroom could not have been dirty, Stanley Steamer had just cleaned them and only two other guests before them had been in the unit before them. also before their arrival the unit was deep cleaned for the season. Reviews on here can be great but can also be damaging because they are not always true or do not tell the whole story.

  Was in this unit back in the fall. It was wonderful. No problems with housekeeping whatsoever. Splash is a great place to take your kids. You should visit this place!

  Our stay at Splash was good.... This unit in particular is nice, but it needs some TLC. The floors were so dirty when we got there that the first thing I did was sweep and wash the throw rug, which was black from dirt. The carpets were filthy and I just didn't even want my kids sitting on them. There were a lot of little things, like the coffee pot being awful, needs to be replaced and didn't work right half the time. The DVD player in the master bedroom did not work. There were no batteries in most of the remotes. The sink drains in the bathrooms were VERY slow. And by the third day, the kitchen sink was spraying water everywhere everytime we used it. Just a lof of little things that made the unit feel not up to par. Really a shame considering it has a great layout and good furnishings. I would def. recommend Splash, but not this unit in particular until it gets the attention it deserves.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo for 6 weeks. It was just o.k. the bedspreads need cleaning.The lady that takes care of this condo is wonderful, she did everything possible for us, I would go thru her again any time Ventures company.. great people... I might add we had a great time.. Splash is great place to stay

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
