Our friends and us arrived Jan 27 quite late in the evening and noticed the pool was not heated but gave it til the next day. We were told someone would be out on the Monday to turn on the heat in the pool. We waited patiently all the while noticing the house was not exactly clean to our standards. There was alot of dust and all the dishes were not clean including some tongs we had used that had rotten food on them. The towels must have been put away damp and smelled horrible. There was no laundry soap so we bought some and washed all towels and bedding. The lounge chairs outside were broken and there was only two outside chairs for a house that sleeps 8. We again waited for the pool to be heated and by wednesday still no one. Finally talked to a man named Brian who told us the pool heater had been broken since we arrived. Thank God he found us a beautiful house in Gilbert which we moved to that day. This place needs tlc and we were very disappointed and would not recommend!Did you find this review helpful?
