Our unit at Shoreline Towers has beautiful and unobstructed Gulf views from all rooms. Sitting on our Balcony is like being at the beach. There is no way to be closer to the water in Destin and you can enjoy these views from each room! You are so close that you can watch your children right from our balcony. Spacious 1430 sq feet, newly renovated and attractively decorated. Our unit is in excellent condition.
The master suite features a king-sized, canopy bed with an awesome gulf front view, an LCD flat panel TV with a DVD, ample closet space, a HOTEL SAFE for your valuables and an over-sized, connecting master bathroom. The master bath is spacious and has a large tile and glass in shower with a built in seat. The guest bedroom has a two queen beds, another great gulf front view, an LCD TV, ample storage and a connecting bathroom.
The kitchen features all wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, glass pendant accent lights and also a gorgeous gulf view.
The living room area features a 42" LCD Flat Panel Toshiba TV, a DVD player and a home theater system with surround sound. Bring your favorite music on your IPod, IPhone, or USB Flash Drive to dock with our system.
Our condo has a large storage closet near the elevators for you to keep your sandy things when you return from the beach! We also keep beach umbrellas and chairs in the closet for your use.
Our 3rd floor view and the sound of the ocean is unforgettable. You can park your car just footsteps away from the elevator and walk a few more foot steps into your oceanfront retreat. Our unit is about the closest you can be in Destin to the ocean an you will soon experience this wonder. - HOTEL STYLE SAFE for your Valuables!!! Rental agreement, $400 deposit required at time of reservation and will serve as damage deposit. This will be returned within 2 weeks after your departure. The total rent for stay, including one time cleaning fee and taxes, is due thirty days prior to check in -- No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent the condo. The condo must have a parent or legal guardian 25 or older residing in the unit at all times during the duration of the stay. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will not be honored and will be subject to loss of entire deposit and rent paid, We reserve the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to cancel the reservation prior to arrival and refund all monies given. Minimum rental during summer months is 5 nights and 3 nights in all other months.
