We had such an enjoyable weekend in St. George. Our condo was beautiful and spotless. The kitchen was very nice and we were able to prepare some of our meals, including our traditional Sunday dinner. We were close to the pool and playground. We were able to enjoy the pools, hot tubs, and tennis. We saw some rabbits, lizards, and an owl. My family absolutely loved our stay in this condo. I have been going down to St. George with my family every summer since I was in elementary school (I am now approaching 40), and this was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. The unit was nice, updated, roomy, well-equipped and close to the pool! We loved being able to walk right out our back door and go to the entrance of the pool. We also enjoyed the large grounds and taking walks at night and playing on the different playgrounds and spotting "bunnies"! We used the central location in Southern Utah to go to Zions National Park and Snow Canyon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.Did you find this review helpful? Wow, this was an incredible place to stay. It was SO much better than getting a hotel. Everything about this was place was perfect. Great location, not very far from anything and everything. It was very clean and comfortable. The pools were wonderful. The people here really know how to take care of you and let you have a worry-free vacation!Did you find this review helpful? We loved this condo resort!! The online reservation process was so easy to use, and we felt confident we'd found just the condo we needed because there were so many pictures and details provided. And when we arrived, we found the condo to be exactly what we expected! It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. We had a pool/hot tub and playground just outside our patio door which kept my kids entertained during our whole stay. We stayed in Unit 2004 7/14/11 through 7/17/11…This condo is amazing! We had all the rooms filled with our family, but we didn’t feel cramped…It was Wonderful! It was so nice to have a space where we could all be together, but have separate bedrooms to wind down in…We loved having the space to just hang out…have all our meals together…to just enjoy each other…Loved, Loved, Loved this Condo!!! Condo 2004 is amazing!!! It is absolutely beautiful. The floor plan was great. We were suprised not to hear much noise from the unit above. Upgrades everywhere make this such a classy place. We loved the back patio that looks out to the St George desert landscape! We used the patio table & chairs for breakfast and loved watching the rabbits & lizards. We loved the pools and racquetball. This was an awesome condo to stay in. I’ve never rented a condo before and I was a little hesitant. This condo was way pretty, very spacious, and very clean. It was everything we wanted. The price was cheaper for us then getting hotel rooms. We will surely stay here again. Check in and out was a breeze. Simply show up punch in your code, and leave by check out! Unit 2004–this unit was perfect for our party of 10. The kids loved the bunk-beds and the kitchen was great for our large party. The condo was close to one of the pools and we never heard the neighbors. When we come again, we will happily stay in this unit–thanks for the great accommodations!Did you find this review helpful? We had a family reunion in St. George with several families staying in the Las Palmas Condos. Two families were able to share #2004. The condo was modern, clean, and spacious. It was a great gathering place for games, movie watching, and family dinners. Out the back door were trails for riding our 4 wheelers. It was very convenient and helpful to have a washer and dryer. We stayed in unit 2004 the week of 4/2/11. This condo is beautiful and very well maintained. We had all bedrooms full and never felt cramped. The kids loved how close the pools were, the adults loved that the pools weren’t too close. The condo has a great view. The only suggested improvements would be more hangers and patio furniture to enjoy that view. We took and atv tour with southernutahadventurecenter.com it was a blast and the guide was a great guy. Why the Owner Chose St. George:
My family has been enjoying Las Palmas and Green Valley for more than 20 years. I remember when I was a kids how much I looked forward to St. George and the great pools at Las Palmas. We saw this condo as a bank owned and couldn't resist. Such a great financial and family time investment.
