Our 1,394 square foot wheelchair friendly apartment is in the prize winning 70 acre Bahama Bay Resort. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, TV, and lots of drawers. The master en-suite has a WC, excellent walk-in shower, corner bath and his and her's wash basins.

Bedroom 2 has twin 3' beds, TV, hanging cupboard, chest of drawers. Door into the 2nd bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. a 2nd bathroom with WC, bath with shower, wash basin together with a large cupboard which holds all the towels. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and double sink unit with waste, coffee maker, blender and all the tools, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery that you could wish for. The separate utility room has a super efficient top loading washing machine, big tumble drier, iron, ironing board vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment.

In the dining area you will find a glass topped table set for six with 6 really comfortable dining chairs. The lounge has a huge easy chair, sofa bed and stylish coffee table. An entertainment centre, flat screen TV, a DVD player and CD player. At the back of the condo is a screened patio with a table and chairs. This looks out onto some natural woodland where if you are sharp eyed you may see various birds, squirrels and even the occasional raccoon.

The management company offer an amenities package. This gives you the right to use sports equipment such as tennis rackets and fishing rods, DVDs, and calls to the whole of the USA and canada at no extra cost. The use of this facility costs $5.95 per night for every night of your stay, per condo. FOR OUR GUESTS THIS IS OPTIONAL.

                    This Bahama Bay unit was very clean and well stocked. It was spacious and nicely furnished. The location within the complex was quiet, yet close to the pool and an easy walk to the fitness center and lobby. The photos and information in the listing accurately portray this apartment and we would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and relatives. Bahama Bay is just a short ride to restaurants and shopping and the access to Hwys 192 and 27 is easy.

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

                    We stayed March 28th to April 3 2010. Great place to stay. What you see here is what you get. Clean condo, furniture in excellent condition. Everything you need is in the 2 bed room. We brought our own beach towels as what is provided is good for bathing. A grocery store is within a mile of property. Proximity to Disney is easy. Family oriented property but if your looking for some fun time go to Tradewinds. This building is next to Tradewinds which has the bar, restaurant, pool, dock and beach. Happy hour and activities during the evening. However this unit is on the end of the building so your removed from any disturbances or noise. If your handicapped this is a ground unit and very accessible. I really can't say enough. We had a great time here and this is a great unit. I plan on returning and staying here. Many thanks to the owner. It felt like home.

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

                    Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us last week. We had a very nice stay in Florida. The weather was cool but the pool was warm so the kids got to swim and play. We are anxiously awaiting another trip to Florida next year.... All the best, Jamie

                  About the owner: My wife and I live in Spain, we moved here from Devon England several years ago. We really enjoy our holidays in Florida, and have spent several really enjoyable vacations in Bahama Bay.

                  Why the Owner Chose Bahama Bay:
                  We bought our condo on Bahama Bay because of its proximity to Disney World. We wanted somewhere to stay in winter that was warmer than Spain at that time of year and was easy to get to. We also wanted somewhere to stay that offered good facilities on site.

                  The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
                  Our condo is close to the lake. The restaurant and the pool are close by. Bahama bay is close to 2 major supermarkets, chemists, and restaurants. It is an easy drive to the theme parks and dinner shows without the feeling of being in a town.
