Lovely Miramar Beach rental built in May of 2007 – This home was designed with beachside vacations in mind! Upscale furnishings, granite countertops and cool clean tile throughout give this home a well finished yet comfortable feel! Enjoy a dip in your private pool right out back – where you’ll have plenty of space to work on your tan or throw a pool side BBQ bash! The beach is due south with nor roads to cross (if it takes your more than 2 minutes walking you’re walking to slow!) the Silver Sands outlet mall is just half a mile north of the home where you will find over 120 designer outlets as well as 10+ restaurants. A prime home in a prime location!
Ground Level – Wide open living room with large flat screen and queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with low bar seating, full dining room with pool views. Queen bedroom with full bathroom. (Bathroom also has a door coming in from the living room.
Second Level – Large Master suite with walk-in closet (large enough for a pack n’ play) and massive bathroom with separate shower and tub. Private Gulf view balcony off the master. Queen bedroom with balcony and jack & Jill style full bathroom shared (or locked off) with the bunk room. The bunk room has two sets of twin/ double bunks. Sleeps 14!
Pool heat available October- May – additional $25 per day plus tax

Excellent properties in a great location. My family holds their annual reunion in Linger Longer each May and I will be booking Banana Beach for a personal vacation each September.
