Hendricks Isle condo in Ft Lauderdale, Fla. This third floor condo has swimming pool with docks directly on the waterway system which is known as "the Venice of America" area. It is directly off Loa Olas Blvd between the beach and downtown. Great dining, shopping and nightlife within minutes. We cross a small bridge onto Hendricks Isle Rd which is surrounded by water, hence Hendricks Isle.
The parking is integral on first floor with gated entrance into parking. Dedicated elevator access opens into our condo foyer. Nine foot ceilings, expansive full height sliding glass front doors onto large balcony(full length of the condo...see attached floor plan)from living room as well as master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, docks and waterway. Pool area gated with cabanas, lounges, outdoor grille, bathrooms, sauna and kitchenette . Three bedrooms each with full bathroom and common half bath. Second and third bedrooms open onto full size balcony.
Condo is 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale airport. Two blocks from the beach at Los Olas entrance from beach boardwalk.
