This sixth floor unit in Harbor Towers II overlooks the north basin of the marina and the eastern shore of Charlotte Harbor. From the lanai you will have great views of the Manatee in the marina in the daytime and lovely sunsets in the evening. The unit has been totally redone over the past several months. We have re-painted, re-carpeted, re-furnished - including new TV's, linens and kitchen ware. The unit is quiet but has easy access to a restaurant with live music on the grounds. You will enjoy reading the paper and having breakfast on the lanai.

Owner info
About the owner: Jan and I have been coming to Burnt Store Marina for several months a year for eight years. We finally decided that we wanted to own property here. This condo may become our future home. At present, North is still working and Jan is a winter resident living aboard a trawler in the marina area.
