  Once again, one of Angel Delgado's properties did not disappoint. My husband and I stayed here from July 23 thru August 5 and had a fabulous time!!! The cottage is quaint and comfortable and the beach is a mere 100 steps away (we counted). Every day, we would look at each other and say, "What should we do today," and ended up on the beach 13 out of our 14 glorious days there. Caladesi Island is a short distance away and is home to extraordinary beaches and clear water. Downtown Dunedin, as well as Tarpon Springs, are not far either and house some fabulous shopping and restaurants. Also nearby is John's Pass in Madeira Beach and St. Pete Beach. We rented a car and just explored in the evening after all day on the beach. Angel provides beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella, as well as beach bags. There is always a washer / dryer that is convenient and BBQ grills to use should you decide to cook out. The king size bed is quite comfortable as well and the kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils. You will not be disappointed with this find. It is truly an oasis for rest and relaxation.   This was a great find. The place is very quaint and looks exactly as the pictures shown. The kitchen is well stocked and the towels are very plush. The king size bed is very comfortable and has a fan above for those warm nights. The property is a short walk to pier 60 and great restaurants like Frenchy's original cafe. Thank you for sharing your property with us Angel.

  Arguably one of the best locations in Clearwater in terms of access to the beach, walking distance to shops and good eats, very close to Pier 60. What more could you want? About the only thing missing were more wash cloths, only two were provided and swimming in the ocean every day gets you pretty dirty so we went to WalMart and picked up an 18 pack which we will leave behind. A throw blanket for the living room would be nice, and the kitchen sink doesn't have a garbage disposal but that is a minor detail compared to all of the wonderfully positive things that come with the rental. I highly suggest staying at this location.

  exactly what we were looking for. Photos did not do the cottage justice. The property was clean close to the beech and everything we needed shops restaurants were all in walking distrance. we had a fantastic time its an ideal place to relax. We were unsure about booking something through the internet but Angel was fantastic and provied excellent service advising us on places to visit and places to eat. We will do a re visit at some point in the future

  This was a beautiful place to stay and right on the beach. Description was spot on. It was very good working with Angel and he was great to give good recommendations on restaurants and area things to do. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

  This will be our 3rd trip to Clearwater Beach and we have enjoyed our stay each time. The accommodations are excellent. Neat and very clean. Not like a hotel but more like your home away from home.

  We have been renting from Angel for years. We have tried several of the units he manages. We have been able to build a trust like no other. Angel and Linda are so efficient while making us feel right at home when we are on our beach. Thanks, guys. See you in March!

  Exactly what we were looking for. Very private, quiet neighborhood steps from the beach. Immaculate one bedroom with all new appliances. Sparkling clean! Central to many beaches and state parks. Outstanding customer service. Simple and sweet. Highly recommended. We will come back! Perhaps with our families!

  Am just back from two weeks in this cottage and had a fantastic time. The cottage is perfect for a relaxing break and is everything it says it is. It's so close to the beach and there are shops and restaurants in walking distance. I was there on my own and found everyone really friendly and felt very safe. And the owners think of everything from providing beach chairs to filling the ice trays for arrival. Would definitely go back.

  The cottage was everything as advertised, very neet , clean and well maintained. Close to the beach and the city. We walked everywhere. The only time we did use our car was to travel to Johns Pass, but could have easily used the bus. Angle and his wife were very friendy and easy to talk to. Will be coming back.
