  My wife Misty and I stayed for a week to celebrate her 40th birthday. The best way to describe it is the word she used almost immediately - this is PERFECT! The property was immaculate - clean, organized, and everything you would need is there. It's the perfect size for two people. The pictures don't even do it justice - it's even better. Downtown Cabo and the marina is less than a 10 minute walk - we didn't have a car, and didn't need one. Yet, the condo is located just far enough away to ensure privacy and quiet. We were there during spring break - at night you could just hear at times the noise from Medano Beach from the front entrance, but not at all in the unit itself - all we heard was the ocean! The back patio does look directly out on the Pacific - we saw a whale spout and then breach one morning from there. We got a better look using the binoculars in the condo. The two pools are well kept and perfect for relaxing in the sun. The beach has no timeshare or vendor hassles - only condo guests from Terrasol and other adjacent properties. One afternoon on the beach, there was no one within 100 meters of us for close to an hour. It feels very private and very safe. The ocean is NOT for swimming as you are on the Pacific side. Everyone says this, but it can't be repeated often enough. Even knee high, you can feel the rip current pulling strongly. We can confirm that you CAN hike to Lover's Beach from this property if you are in good physical shape and don't mind climbing up and down rocks. It is not easy, but possible. Once you reach Lover's Beach, you can take a water taxi back to the marina, or you can do what we did and just keep walking along the shoreline. We made a complete circuit around and back to our condo one afternoon. We also enjoyed parasailing, SNUBA, and ziplining, all of which can be reserved and purchased before you even get to Cabo. We also ordered a few groceries ahead of time and they were delivered our first morning there. If you have never been to Cabo, you need to - it's a great time. And if you are coming with one other person, try to stay here. If we return to Cabo in the future, WE certainly will.

  My husband and I spent two weeks at this lovely property! The owners were more than helpful answering all of our questions and the staff at Terrasol, especially Esther, goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after. The condo is exactly how it is listed on vrbo and we did not lack for anything. We would definately return to this condo and would recommend it to friends.It is a very quiet complex and the beach is too, no vendors! Mario at the palapa bar makes a great margarita on the rocks and the prices for food or drink are very reasonable.There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance or a cab which will cost between $6.00 - $10.00U.S. depending how far away you are going. This was our first time to Cabo San Lucas and we will be back! Thank you, Judy and Dennis for sharing your home away from home with us!

  The unit was perfect for our needs. Well appointed for any type of cooking- they even had a garlic press! We grilled fish on patio grill with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was highly upgraded, sparkling clean with beautiful furnishings. We had nice beach chairs and umbrellas and they came in handy in our exploration of the area. The only downside - is the beautiful beach out front is a non- swimming beach - the curents and wave are too strong. But other than that it was perfect!

  Delphin 115 is as nice as it is described if not better! All of the staff at Terrasol are super attentive and friendly. Great food at reasonable prices. We also have never stayed at a cleaner place. If you want the loudness and crazy party atmosphere, then this is not for you. But if you are looking for somewhere close to town where you can relax during the day, this is a great option. Delphin 115 is not very spacious, but definitely has all the comforts of home and is very updated. We hope to come back soon! Also, the owner, Judy was very helpful in making recommendations for our trip.

  My boyfriend and I just visited Cabo (September) and we had an awesome time! It was extremely hot and humid during our visit, but this condo was the perfect getaway. Terrasol is the perfect location- close to town (about 5-10 mins walking), but right on a private beach, where you can walk for a mile and a half in one direction without being hassled by vendors (which is such a blessing!). This condo is beautifully renovated and stalked with all the cooking appliances you would ever need. It's also steps away from the palapa bar where Mario makes some really great drinks and food for a very reasonable price. Our only complaint is that there was a lot of construction going on during our visit because we were there during the off season when many people get renovations done to their condos. But, in all honesty, it was not that bad. The workers usually worked 9-5 and took the weekend off, and we were gone during most of the day anyway. All said and done, we had a great time and we would definitely go back and stay again.

  I recently spent ten days in the above referenced unit and have to say this was one of the nicest I have ever been in. The Owners certainly take pride in this unit and it shows. From the tile bath to the granite countertops and stainless appliances to the information packet mailed to me months in advance, everything was top notch. The unit is stocked with everything you could need and exceeded my expectations. I cant wait to return!

  I would and did recommend this unit to others. I especially appreciated the helpful staff who answered any questions that I had. Everything was great and for me the location was perfect to visiting other members of my family who were staying at nearby locations. As far as restaurants I enjoyed Romeo and Juliets and Ponchos. Ordered from Wiked pizza and it was good too and inexpensive. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions too. Thanks again for VRBO which I will use again in my future travel plans.

  This is an excellent suite to enjoy your stay in Cabo and is walking distance to the marina area and all it has to offer. Perfectly remodelled with lots of space and storage (lots of closet complete with hangers- bonus for me), a studio suite that feels like a one bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and the relaxing sitting area has my husbands favourite - a good sized TV with more stations than he needed. The view of the water made sitting on the patio with my morning coffee the perfect way to start the day. Thanks Judy for providing a beautiful place to stay!

  We recently returned from a vacation at Judy and Dennis's condo on the beach in Cabo. It is a beautifully appointed property with all the comforts of home. This was our first time renting a condo as we usually stay in all-inclusive resorts and I don't think we could have found a nicer place for the two of us. We weren't surprised, however, because Judy made sure everything was perfect from the get-go, providing us detailed information, answering questions about activities and transportation, you name it. She was awesome! The condo sits right on the beach where we could watch the sunrise/sunset, the whales playing in the ocean, or take long walks along the shoreline. We hiked over the large rock to Lovers Beach and then into town/marina. It takes maybe 7 minutes to walk to the marina so the location is ideal...quiet accomodations but so close to livelier action if you so choose. We highly recommend this condo for a relaxing vacation!

  I had the most relaxing, fabulous vacation of my life in this little condo! Beuatiful time of year, hardly any people were there! it was like having your own private resort !The condo was the best equipped place I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at a number of VRBO places! We wanted for nothing! Just a perfect setting, patio, beach was steps away, the flowers and grounds were breathtaking! I am praying I can go back next year, same time, same place. Thank you Judy and Dennis for one fabulosos semana!
