The “Union Valley Lodge,” as we are nicknaming it, is a 4200 square foot, single story, home located at an altitude of 3000 feet on a ridge above the lovely Chelan valley. The home is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, a spacious Great Room, and workout studio. The 25-yard lap pool is available for use from May 15- September 15. Wireless Internet access is also available.
The Great Room is made for entertaining with large picture windows offering spectacular views of Stormy Mountain, the Chelan Butte, Manson and Lake Chelan from every corner of the room.
Union Valley Lodge is a great place for a family group to stay as an alternative to a hotel while enjoying the fun of Lake Chelan.

The Union Valley Lodge home was designed and built by the owners with an emphasis on large picture windows taking advantage of the amazing view from the 18.5 acre property perched above the lower Lake Chelan valley.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the winter, we love the great cross country skiing available in the area and in the summer it is all about sunshine, mountains and water. The wonderful collection of wineries around the lake offer a variety of dining and entertainment options.

A bunch of us stayed at Union Valley Lodge for a learning retreat. It is a beautiful spot. The place is spacious and clean, with a fun layout. It has a great view. I think it was well worth the money we spent. Ours was a relatively small group, about 7 or us, but I think it would work for a larger group. I'd go there again for sure, if I wanted to get a bunch of people together to socialize in a fun and intimate setting. Thanks!

I used the Union Valley Lodge as a retreat place for my group of (adult) students in 2010. It was the best retreat I've had with any group, because the size of the lodge is perfect for larger numbers of people. (There were ten of us preparing food in the kitchen but it did not feel crowded.) I have had groups on the lake, but there was something to being so high above the valley and lake that made us all breathe deeper and feel one with the great sky and the mountain ranges that are visible from the lodge. Union Valley Lodge will be my first choice for our yearly retreats from now on. Can't beat the amenities and the price.

The pictures do not do this property justice!!! What an immaculate home. The ceilings are at least 20 foot high in EVERY room (yes.......bathrooms included!). With all of the vastness surrounding you in the great room, there is still a very warm and cozy feeling to this home. The furnishings are top of the line and well maintained. The owners, Don and Laurel, were very considerate of our needs and had every question answered immediately. I would recommend this property only to those who can appreciate the finer things in life.
