Check in at the East Beach Resort Desk located in East Beach adjacent to The Sanctuary, and receive your Kiawah Resort Guest Package complete with full resort privileges including: FREE complimentary access to the Resort owned Night Heron family and Tennis Club. Adult only pools as well as neighborhood pools. Complimentary access to the Resort fitness center and Internet Cafe located at The Straw Market in West Beach, resort wide charging privileges with amenity card.
Our villa is part of Kiawah Island Resort program which means you will be treated as a guest of the resort giving you access to the Night Heron Pool-Kiawah's new kid friendly with slides pool and Tennis Club Pool(you do not get this priviledge unless you are apart of The Kiawah Island Resort program).
Our Premiere Newly Renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath FIRST FLOOR Villa is located in the Turtle Cove on Kiawah Island. Updated in 2009 this villa features upgrades throughout. Granite counter tops, all new appliances including washer/dryer , private screened in porch, master bedroom suite has a king bed, mounted flat screen TV/DVD with newly renovated private bath. The second bedroom has two full beds with mounted flat screen TV. The living room has mounted flat screen TV/DVD and queen sleeper sofa.

Outside your front door you will find bicycling and jogging paths 30 miles of paths leading to beach, tennis, shopping, golf, five-star dining, gator watching, fishing, nature center, canoeing, Night Heron Park, Market Town Center at East Beach, The Sanctuary, numerous golf courses all on bike paths off the street, great for children.

About the owner: We are a professional couple living in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. Turtle Point is in an ideal location, next to The Sanctuary and East Beach for quick meals, bike paths outside front door. You will find Kiawah to have a relaxing environment, pristine beach, bike paths, golfing, gourmet market and first class restaurants.

Our villa is part of The Kiawah Property Management Program which entitles guests to certain amenities on the island(pools with towel service, fitness center). It also means you receive certain discounts and have 24 hour access to Kiawah's housekeeping service. This is not the case if you go with other villa's not listed with Kiawah Management.
