The living areas are spacious, open, and airy with comfortable seating and an entertainment center in the living room and a formal dining room opposite the kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. Our home is located in the secure, gated community of Pelican Landing. As a tenant you are entitled to enjoy Pelican Landings many spectacular amenities such as community pools with hot tub, fitness room, and party room, community parks and bike paths. There is a private Island Beach Park on the Gulf equipped with restrooms, new picnic pavilion, cushioned beach chairs and chase lounges, beach tables with umbrellas, and free boat shuttle service. The Canoe Park on Spring Creek features complimentary canoes to explore the wild life along the creek leading to Estero Bay. For the tennis enthusiasts, Pelican Landing offers Har-Tru courts, a new tennis center with pro shop, and a full-time tennis pro overseeing many activities including tournaments, league play, and lessons.
