My sister and I, along with my 18 year-old niece and 11 year old nephew just returned from a 5 night stay at the Oakwater condo and we couldn't be more pleased. Our unit was right by the pool and hot tub. Everything was maintained beautifully. The condo is huge - the pictures don't do it justice. It has all of the comforts of home. It is in a great location - very close to Disney and Sea World. Also, it's just 10 minutes from Celebration, which is a great place to visit and have a nice dinner. Al provided great customer service. Having stayed at various Disney properties over the years, I can say that this beats staying in those over-priced small hotel rooms. WOW! What a meticulously clean and roomy space. I stayed with my wife and twin 4 year olds as well as my inlaw's (6 in all). Arrived and received a welcoming phone call from the unit's owner Al making sure everything was working. What a deal! Free WiFi, Free North American long distance and get this: 5 min to Hollywood Studios, 7 min to Magic Kingdon, 10 min to Seaworld and 15 min to Universal (yes I timed the driving time). How much closer can you get. The pool / Recreation center is great too. I worked out every morning on one of their two eliptical machines and though about doing some of the weights (but never did). Beautiful club house and my kids played on the climbing ropes and slides as will as the kids walkin pool area. Did not get a chance to use the tennis court or volleyball court but there were there as well as a nice outdoor hot tub. Great place and great management and will definately stay there again and strongly recomend this to others.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We recently stayed in this 3 bedroom condo in early August 2010 while on a family vacation. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need while vacationing for a short time period or even a long stay!!! The washer & dryers were a plus and the swimming pool was great for the kids and even myself to relax. This condo is within minutes from Disney, Downtown Disney and many, many restaurants....yet far enough away to have some peace and quite while not doing the parks. Great place to stay!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We found the 4 bedroom condo Venetian Bay be an excellent value for our money. The kids had a super time in the huge swimming pool and playing on the playground. Being so close to Disney and Universal theme parks was a real plus!!! The Rus family July 2010Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I came down to Disney and stayed at this Townhouse in Oakwater. The location is great being so close to maingate and all the restaurants and shops on Rt. 192. We found it was faster to leave the park and get back to the townhouse than to take a tram to a Disney property. The townhouse was like brand new with modern appliances. The furnishings were top rate and up-to-date. The townhouse was extremely clean and well-kept. If we come back to Disney, this property will be a no-brainer for us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We rented the condo a couple of weeks ago for a family trip to Disney, Sea World etc. We decided to rent a condo so that we could save money and eat in. What a great idea, we saved so much money! The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean! The property is perfect for families with kids, the pool has zero depth entry allowing for small children to walk in and play without the water being over their heads. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and informative. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in the Oakwater 3 bedroom condo June of 2010. The condo was perfect!!! It had all the ammenities of home and a great location to top!!! The condo is so close to all the attractions, Disney and Universal right around the corner!!! It was a great value for our money!!! What a wonderful and Beautiful Condo!! We had stayed at Westgate across the street in August and loved that but we even loved this better!!! Everything you need is in the Condo!! And being so Close to Disney is like staying right on Property!! Would defintly get again on our Next Disney Visit!!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

I could not have been more happy with my stay here in the Oakwater Property featured by Y&D Properties. We had so much room and great accommodations; there wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't there. I usually stay in hotel rooms that my family feels cramped in; this 3 bedroom condo was the EXACT opposite. First, the price- in this day and age it is difficult to get a middle of the road hotel for less than $150.00 a night so to find this beautiful condo located SO CLOSE to Disney for less was an excellent deal. We all had our own bedrooms and flat screen tv's, a full size washer and dryer which is so helpful with a family and beautiful eat in kitchen and dinette. Second, I could access the management company or the owners if needed. In my stay I had everything so this wasn’t necessary, but what a huge plus and feeling of safety for my family! It was the best of all worlds, so close to Universal and Disney as well as having so many featured amenities’ on site to enjoy- exercise facility, swimming pool, playground and more. With the savings we had from this condo we were able to enjoy more activities and days at the parks. Thanks Y&D, I will defiantly be staying at your properties in the future!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
