Oro Valley house description
This is our family home and we have thought of every little detail for our enjoyment. In the morning we take walks on the trails off the pool terrace and watch the day form over the Catalina Mountains. The home is beautifully furnished right down to the walking sticks, books, and the bikes (with pumps) in the garage. During the afternoons we play in our own private pool, reading books, and watching the hummingbirds fly around the flowers in the yard. A palm tree shakes in the breeze, and we watch the road runners, rabbits, and other animals in the wash behind the home. PS - get tickets to a University of Arizona game and enjoy the campus.

Great location and value for golf getaway. On our first day there was a community garage sale and we were pleased to meet the friendly neighbors! Close to excellent courses, grocery store and restaurants. Nature right out the back door with a lovely hiking and fitness trail in the wash behind the home. View of sunset was lovely. Everything was very clean and well laid out for our stay. The pottery dishes for use in the dining room are gorgeous. Wish there was one more lounge chair for relaxing by the pool :) Overall a wonderful stay with everything we needed. Susan was a pleasure to work with and was very prompt and courteous with all correspondence. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this rental.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat
Would stay here again in a heartbeat
This is an immaculate house, it is literally like walking into a lived in home. We were very impressed by the level of preparation done. We stay in vacation condos or homes 3 or 4 times a year and this one rates at the top. If you are going to be in the Tucson area for any kind of exended stay, you need to look here. It may be in Oro Valley but the quiet nights, space, etc make up for it. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat within 10 miles, you won't miss the Tucson city limits.

About: I am a professional woman in Portland Oregon with two pre-teens. My son is disabled and I am hoping that I can rent our home to raise money to send him to a private school for the disabled associated with Providence Medical Center in Portland.
Why Oro Valley:
For an Oregonian, the desert life is exotic and mysterious. My father, an attorney, bought this home 15 years ago in retirement after travelling the world to find the place he wanted to live. He wanted to study history and Spanish and earned a second BA at age 70! We love the home and take day trips out to Catalina Mountains, the Tortolita Mountains, Sabino Canyon and the Saguaro National park. The location is wonderful for the Tohono Chula Park, museums and shops. There are 9 golf courses in the area. This home is our family’s personal get-away and everything we enjoy is in the home for your enjoyment.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the privacy of our pool, the vistas, and the pool terrace at night for the sunsets. The home is very nicely furnished and has all the little touches that you would get in your own home. This is a special place, well chosen and thoughtfully done for respite, enjoyment, vacation and creating family memories. It is personalized and has been done with love and an enjoyment of the outdoors: golf, hiking, biking, driving and day trips for our family.
