  The view from the balcony was excellent and of course is the draw! With that said, like previous reviews the apartment could use some updating especially the carpeting throughout, kitchen and bathroom. Of course you spend most of your time outside but just a few upgrades would be in order. The location was excellent as well and I appreciated getting pick up from the airport by the owner.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We were looking for a place that had 2 comfortable beds, a kitchenette, and was in walking distance to a supermarket and bus route. We found it all here. If you are able to overlook the fact that the carpet has wrinkles and a few stains, the price is right! There were no tiles falling off and the floor covering in the kitchen and bathroom looked new. It is in a great location, a busy tourist area with some street noise especially on the weekends but we felt very safe and there was a lot police presence. We liked the fact that if you spent $50 at the Supermax they would drive you home! We enjoyed our 12 days here....it is a very economical way to spend time in Puerto Rico!

  I was in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a friend for 4 days for a conference last July, and we were very lucky to find this condo for us to stay. For many reasons: 1) It was next to the hotel where the conference was held! Less than a 5 minute walk:) 2) The owner was able to pick us up and take us from/to the airport. 3) The apartment has two queen beds, nice closets, with mirror doors, and a nice terrace! What an excellent view to the sea. The kitchen and the bath need updates, it is true, but everything worked fine. 4) Internet is included. There is a flat screen TV. 5) It is a very safe place. 6) Location is all: it is next to the beach, nice restaurants, a little far from a good grocery store, but close to Walgreens, where you can find what you need for a short stay. 7) You can take buses from there to explore San Juan. We enjoyed it a lot, plus it is owned by a very kind family.

  This is a great condo. You can't beat it for the price. The view is spectacular, the condo is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the nearby attractions are convenient. The Sosas were most accomadating. One suggestion ... A fan would have been nice, although the a/c worked great!

  The condo does have an amazing view. That is where it ends. The wireless internet does not exist only a very short hard wired connection. The bath tiles are falling off and only lukewarm water to shower with and then only one at a time. Had to heat water on the stove to be able to shave after shower. The kitchen does not have hot water. We rented this place as we were looking for a self catering situation. The stove is an inferno and the pots were dirty on arrival. Carpet in the apartment is nasty looking and no vacuum to clean up any spills etc. For a 3 week stay only one set of sheets. We left after the first week as this place feels and is dirty and needs to be gutted and remodelled. We lived in the Virgin Islands for years so had low expectations but this was much lower than even we were willing to live with. The pictures do not reflect at all the state of the apartment.

  Owner response: I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. If there was any need for change of sheets/towels or cleaning of apartment all that is needed is to communicate, ask as the owners are extremely accommodating. We will look into upgrading floors. The bathroom problem and balcony doors have been fixed. Sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.

  Don't get me wrong, the owners of the condo are very nice, the location is very good and the price is attractive but... ...this condo really needs a good and very indeep cleaning ...the owners should replace the carpet, it is disgusting-maybe hardwood flooring would be a better idea.

  So my husband and I travelled to PR for our 1yr Anniversary, we were sooooo worried about staying in a condo. This was the best decision we made, the condo was perfect, it was clean, cozy and the view from the balcony was amazing!! The balcony was huge, Aracelis picked us up and dropped us off from the airport, we were close to all the other hotels and right across the street from the beach and the bus stop (#21) to Old San Juan or the (#53) to Isla Verde. The supermarket, walgreens, and many other shops are in the vicinity. We had a BALL... I'm definitely returning next year with my kids and I will be staying in this same condo!! Thank you sooo much Aracelis for making our trip such a DELIGHT :-)

  We loved staying here! This Condo is in a great location just a short walk to the beach as well as the local shops and restaurants. The Condo is in great condition and we really loved the big balcony with Amazing ocean views

  We stayed in this condo for a week and had a great time. It was a very clean and comfortable home away from home. The pictures were accurate and do no justice for the beautiful balcony view facing the ocean. The surrounding area is very safe and everything you need for vacation is nearby including a Walgreen's pharmacy, restaurants (I highly recommend Cafe Del Angel for traditional spanish food), a bus stop across the street to Old San Juan (bring quarters!), beaches, and a casino. The owners were a very nice and friendly couple that recommended us things to do on our vacation and took us to and from the airport. Highly recommended and would go to again.
